A solid five. Spacious, clean rooms, kettle, air conditioning. A very decent bathroom. There is a little lack of a refrigerator. There is a private well on site. A good shared kitchen with everything you need, although a communal apartment is not our joke :)A store with a normal assortment for such places: from cookies to shower gel and even vegetables (this is rare for small shops in Abkhazia) practically in the courtyard (they say the store is brand new) Wonderful owners Irina and Sergey. Cute well-mannered animals: Milka the dog and Barsik the cat.
The road to the sea.
To put it mildly, not ah. An unstable bridge, or a ford over a stream. People often fall there, it's traumatic, in general.But this is not the problem of the owners. 350 meters away there is a good cafe near the Fortress, a little more than a kilometer a store with goods at the supermarket level and another cafe.If you are without a car, you can book excursions and transfers from Ilona and Beslan in the neighboring guest house)This is not a place for parties, but for those who like to listen to the sea.

Small cozy rooms with air conditioning, shower and toilet in each room, laminate flooring, 2 single beds and 1 double bed in a 3-bed room, a very cozy area with lawns of eucalyptus trees and a mountain river running along the far edge, gazebos, hammocks. Large dining room with vegan cuisine, delicious and varied.There is a well with very tasty water on the territory. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea.

A better place for a secluded vacation. It's not the first year we've been coming. Very clean houses and common areas (which is not found everywhere). Irina is a very responsive person, she will always help and tell you. Plus a sparsely populated clean beach (it is regularly cleaned). There is a shop at the entrance, there is no need to take care of or drive far.
