We rested together from 09/29/24 to 10/17/14 - 19 days, for the second time. The hotel is ACCA, I really like it, everything is in order, clean, linen, towels, cleaning- everything is done on time; the room smells nice, there is a refrigerator, TV, shower, toilet. The hotel itself has a swimming pool, a playground, a kitchen (there is a place to roam), a refrigerator, a washing machine. Everything is in flowers, pines, beauty! There is a homely atmosphere (little Turkey) Near shops, market; convenient, prices are normal. There is a dining room on the ground floor. Comfortably. The team is well-coordinated, well done! The staff is friendly and courteous. The maid- Svetlana (always positive) lives in this hotel and it is very convenient, you can contact her- she will tell you, help, in the morning an early greeting, the atmosphere is off the scale 5 points! Completely different people and everyone communicates like family. This is the merit of the owners. Everything is super, cool, and I don't want to leave. We recommend it! A pleasant place for a family holiday, there is a children's play area and 2 pools for children and adults, the rooms are clean and cozy, friendly staff, free barbecue with skewers and grills, a summer kitchen and a laundry room. One disadvantage is poor wifi at night, they say that this problem is everywhere in Abkhazia now.Everyone has their own summer tables and you can have breakfast or dinner outdoors. There is a dining room on the ground floor, we didn't like the food there at all, there is a grocery market nearby.

All good time of the day. We have already stayed at the Assir Guest house 2 times and plan to come again. I really like it here. The hostess of Indiana Gold is very pleasant to communicate with her, she will always tell you, help, tell you about local attractions and much more, she is also very interested in all the residents so that everyone is satisfied. The Assire is very comfortable, there is a relaxation area with swings, tables and sun beds. There is a barbecue area. The rooms are cozy, cleaning and linen change are done on time. Most importantly, there are 2 pools for children and adults. There is a shared kitchen in the large rooms. There is everything from the dishes, but there are unscrupulous and not tidy tenants who leave dirty dishes in the common kitchen. The assistant of the guest house cleans the yard every day and also cleans up after such unscrupulous people. We really like it here and in general we like Abkhazia, nature, the sea, it's just not real.

Hello everyone! We rested at the Assir hotel with a child in June 2024. I don't understand those who write negative reviews. And there are hangers and a toilet bowl, if used correctly, nothing leaks. A gorgeous large landscaped area, lots of flowers, a clean pool, the very thing after the sea, by the way, it's not far from the sea through a cypress alley. Indiana Mikhailovna accepted us as family, no negativity. My son says she looks like our grandmother. People, there is a simple truth that what you bring into the world is what you get! Refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, cleaning (special thanks, charming girl), everything is there. A cool cat with kittens lives on the territory, it is very interesting for children. Nearby there is a market where fruits, delicious peaches, apricots, smoked trout, fragrant teas, a pharmacy, a bus stop from where you can get to many interesting places yourself, an office store where you can pay with a card, a playground. The temple is a five-minute walk away. Despite this, the rooms are not noisy. In short, I recommend it. Look at the photo for yourself! Good health and goodness to all!

We came with a tour group, there were 50 of us and everyone was awesome. There are no hangers in the closet. There are no kettles in the rooms and where there are, they are burnt out and do not work. There are no mugs in the rooms, I had to take a pill. The towel looked like it had been washed, but there were stains that hadn't been washed off. It was cold, they asked in the evening, I don't even know who it was, the guard or the night attendant, he said he didn't know how to turn on the heating, I had to look for a video on YouTube and learn to turn it on myself. There are no disposable shampoos or shower gels in the rooms, although they could have put them for 5500 per day. It's all right, you can write it off, butoooooooooooo, comrades, all 50 people who were at breakfast were indignant, okay, the meager breakfast that is included, it can still be tolerated, but the lack of coffee is the fattest, most ridiculous minus. How this can be, I do not know. Even the most run-down guest houses have coffee. Let it be the most lousy, cheap, instant, but it should be. At first we thought, well, maybe it was over, we didn't have time to buy, anything happens. But the second breakfast was the same. The hotel is not worth the money.

I drove here with caution, to be honest, but nothing that I was afraid of was confirmed. it is very clean, cozy, the bed is wide, comfortable, all plumbing works as it should, there is a refrigerator and a refrigerator. There is a kitchen and a swimming pool in the courtyard. You can't hear the neighbors, smells and noise from the market either. moreover, it is very small and they sell fruits, teas and spices there. specifically, my room was on the corner, with two windows facing the street, so of course you can hear the cars. but I sleep in earplugs, it didn't bother me. there is an option to settle in houses in the forest right by the sea, but there are no cafes, no shops, no transport stops, and walking through the forest in the evenings is a dubious pleasure

Everything was fine, except for a few moments: 1. Location. Far enough from the sea. 2. The staff, or rather, the male part of it. The fact is that we went together with a friend and at some moments they just knocked on our door and opened the door with a key from the outside without waiting for an answer. It was uncomfortable. 3. Noise. The corner room is really very noisy, but there was no problem for us. 4. Hot water. We haven't had hot water for 3 days. Only in our room. We do not know the reason, we only know that at some point someone from the staff turned off our hot water in order to fix something, but did not return it back, and so three days passed. In the icy water. On the sea. At the end of our vacation, of course, everything was fixed. 5. Lack of communication between employees. Initially, we were supposed to be settled in another room, not in the corner, but because of some unknown problems, we ended up in it, and then, again, because of some things I didn't understand, we had to move to another room for two days. In general, yes, everything is tolerable. But, of course, we are used to a different service. If they could fix this old building, establish communication between employees, correct mistakes - and that's it, everything would be fine. But I'm unlikely to be the last one to write it. I do not recommend the hotel. For the same money, you can find a much more decent place that will be located on the first line, and not 1.5 km from the beach.

This is a private hotel with about 13-14 rooms. There are different ones. Standard extremely Spartan appearance. Well, just for a very not capricious vacationer. Water, hot and cold, as well as light and what most tourists cannot do without today, that is, the Internet, were constantly.
The hotel has an internal territory. There you can sit on the sofas, swing on the swing, fry meat (or better fish) and even plopped into two small pools. But the water is old there, no one is taking any chances. Maybe they are cleaned in the summer, it's hard to say in the fall. And there is also a small shared kitchen and a couple of tables where you can have dinner
The hostess is a lady with a rare name and has been in business for a long time. She's an executive director, so to speak. Although the prices for the rooms are controlled by children. By the way, some aggregators allow you to re-book without losing money. You can seriously win in price.
There is a cafe-dining room on the ground floor. In 2023, it was given to tenants from sunny Uzbekistan. So it's halal now, it's pretty dirty and there are a lot of workers in the evening. (There are many builders from Uzbekistan in the republic). The hostess promised not to renew the lease in the new season. Maybe the situation with the dining room will get better. After all, since mid-October, many food outlets in Pitsunda are closed...

We had a rest in June 2022. The location is excellent, near a cheap grocery store, you can buy food and wine)) there is a small swimming pool on site, the staff is very hospitable, they will tell you everything. There is a kitchen, you can cook and roast a barbecue. We ate in the dining room several times, not cheap at all and not tasty, the portions are small. Maya's maid is very good, she solved issues quickly at any request, cleanliness is on the level. It takes 15 minutes to the sea, the best thing is to walk (and to different beaches).

We rested with my son in August 2022, This is the most terrible hotel in my memory, not even a hotel, but some kind of shallot, and it definitely does not cost 4 tr / day. The room is ordinary, there was a great lack of a bedside lamp, there are no other options besides a ceiling lamp. The door to the room is made of translucent glass, that is, you can see when someone passes by your door, and a lantern is constantly shining from the street. Despite this price, the contingent of residents is disgusting, there are always some parties in the common area in the evenings, children are screaming, in general, you can forget about the tranquility there. There is no sound insulation, absolutely any noise can be heard from the neighboring "rooms". The toilet was constantly leaking, there was no cleaning, for 6 days no one changed anything for us and did not come in to clean up, it was scary to touch anything in the bathroom. The drain in the shower was cleaned at our request, otherwise we would have been standing ankle-deep in water. There was some kind of dirty rag lying on the bathroom floor, which apparently stupidly wiped away the traces of previous guests. The toilet constantly smells of the kitchen from the cafe on the 1st floor. The furniture is old, shabby, the towels are old and with strange stains. Of course there is no safe, there is no hair dryer either. You need to throw the garbage yourself into a tank in the common area. There are no signs on it with the rules for using the pool and the summer kitchen. In general, the horror is terrible, I do not recommend it to anyone. In order not to be unfounded, I attach a photo. I ask the owners of this institution not to be lazy, but to treat the residents more responsibly and respectfully - you still take money for this nightmare.

The room is terrible, the bed is old, the springs were sticking out of the mattress, I had to put 3 blankets. The room is not cleaned until you ask, and that is not cleaning-one name. I walked with an old broom, from which everything is falling down, and then I wiped it with a mop and went to another room without changing the rag. The bathroom was cleaned without chlorine!! I assume that bleach was not used after the previous tenants. the hotel is located right on the market, the aroma of spices and the noise of cars will be constant. And no, replace it quickly, they inflated it so much that I took the seasoning for rotten meat, but don't bring a blizzard at all!!!The mashed potatoes were water with lumps, the goulash was three pieces of fat. I had a rest in August 2019 in Pitsunda. We ate at the Assir cafe a couple of times. I was with two children, both are not picky, they can eat in the dining room. For the first time, we ordered set meals. The first thing that is not very convenient is that you first need to order everything from one hostess, she writes it down on a piece of paper, takes it to the kitchen and you need to wait another 15 minutes for them to call you to get your set lunch. At the same time, one child was given pasta instead of mashed potatoes, and I was given beetroot instead of cabbage salad, so they mixed it up a little! The second time we decided to eat, but we already ordered dishes from the menu. Alas, we were disappointed here too. Caesar salad does not even remotely justify its name. Suluguni cheese was put in it instead of parmesan, the dressing is most likely just mayonnaise, and on top of it all they decorated with a huge scattering of dill. But what especially upset me was that in Abkhazia, where there are delicious tomatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables, they put "glass" tomatoes from the store in a salad of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes. The quality of the chicken fillet also leaves much to be desired. The meat is tough, it feels like it has been frozen for a long time. Even they managed to put so much sugar in the compote that it feels like you're drinking syrup instead of compote. We didn't go to this cafe to eat anymore.
