Somehow they didn't really consider it. There is no Wi-Fi, they ordered a taxi and then ran around, looking for it on the forecourt. And it's so strange that their taxi works, a few minutes of waiting and the fare turns on.
The building has everything you need
But make normal ramps, there are none right at the entrance! There is only one in the station itself, and there are a whole bunch of steps
A building destroyed by time. Not a single elevator has been working for a long time. Free toilets have been everywhere for a long time, and not only are they paid, they are also dead and broken, it's scary to look at. Otherwise, if you finish and repair it, it is quite a good train station, in other countries the stations have been serving for centuries and look more decent
Previously, there were canopies on the platform from rain and snow. But as always, the workers have done badly, or the bosses have acquired bad material.
A small convenient train station, there are few places to wait. A couple of cafes, the kitchen is so-so. The escalator has not been working for 3-4 months, for some reason. Otherwise, it's better than the New One
On the street -32 at the train station +5 ..... if it were not for the cafe on the 1st floor where it is warm and there is a kyzylzhar 300g and a couple of boiled eggs, then it would freeze ***))) thanks to Kazakhstan for the vodka. Greetings from Azov))))
A good train station: a large waiting room, many coffee machines, shops with drinks and groceries, cafes; the staff is polite, will explain and prompt everything upon request; there is a rest room; beautiful panels on the walls of the station that can be viewed for a long time; in the center of the building there is a huge scoreboard with a schedule. But there are two disadvantages: 1. The toilet is paid for everyone, even having a ticket does not give you the right to free admission; 2. Escalators. This is the main drawback of the station. To get to the second and third tracks, you need to use the escalator. I was with a child and with heavy bags, the transition to the right path was a test.
The building is old inside. Dirty. Not comfortable seats are hard. There are a lot of homeless-looking personalities. The escalator is not working. Everything is not tidy. It does not correspond to the level of the country's capital. It is clear that there is no owner
The toilets are dirty (to put it mildly). Repairs are at least 30 years old. It is difficult to find a cash register by signs. The cost of cafe services in comparison with the quality is simply space
It's always cold
The trains will be late
Not comfortable seats
There are few places
There is no parking
space again there is not enough
Food is generally silent
People are not very respected at this station, mostly they think only about their own convenience... Example: you arrive on a yellow road, get off the train and have to go around the station building to enter the station, and there too people want to enter the station... and it turns out that a modern building with many entrance doors, and everything is pushed through one door...Why spend a lot of money buying special equipment and not use it for the benefit of people? It looks like disrespect for the people for whom the station was built.
Toilets are paid 80 tenge, 20 tenge cheaper than in Borovoye))) terrible crowd in the passages. The diners are sloppy. The prices are high. It is a very shameful train station for the capital.
There are no escalators in the building or on the platforms, you get bored with suitcases.
Trains are constantly late, mine is more than 2 hours late.
The staff is generally friendly. At least that's a good thing.
