A dead shopping mall!!! Although it's a great location. Not a bad area. Wonderful parking lot. But there is one thing! Employees and managers are completely inadequate. I would like to especially mention the rental manager - NISU! We contacted her about the lease several times - we wrote statements, provided information about existing stores, etc. She nods stupidly and disappears. She does not answer calls and messages. And this is despite the fact that later we see an advertisement on Instagram that Astana Mall is looking for tenants. And this is despite the fact that half of the rooms are empty! Guys, founders, as long as you have such inadequates as NISA working, you will still incur losses, and your shopping center will simply fall apart!!!!
