The rooms are standard, nothing special, but at a relatively normal network level.
From what I didn't like. For three days, the napkin holder was not filled from the bathroom during cleaning. I pulled out the last one on the very first day, put the napkin holder in a prominent place, but no one paid attention to it.
Breakfast was monotonous all three days, only the porridge changed, the rest was 99% the same. Once is good, two days in a row is tolerable. But the third time I went to another place for breakfast.
The rest of the hotel is good. But, Marriot can do better, I believe.

Last year we were delighted with the hotel, we rebranded it and for some reason the quality deteriorated... The room is dusty. The window is legally duct-taped and lined with foam rubber that sticks out of the window. It takes 5 hours to wait for a bottle of water in the room. The pool and sauna were closed during check-in

Visited the hotel on May 21, 2024. When checking in, the sheets on the bed were wrinkled, as if they had not been changed, and the countertop in the bathroom was covered in stains and stains. It's not 5 stars at all for the guests to deal with the shortcomings.

Marriott is not the same anymore!
Towels, bathrobes, and linen are already worn out. In the shower, the water system works extremely crookedly, with a touch of water stone.The mini bar is empty, order via delivery. There are no shoe cleaning products.
There is an ATM, but the exchanger is no longer working. The WORLD map is said to work only Tinkoff. Sbr, Alpha are not working 100%
But on the other hand !!!!
The staff works for 5+
If you arrived without tenge, they will accept a deposit in your money until you change it.
The breakfasts are also gorgeous as always.
It was raining and I was thoughtfully offered to call a taxi and given an umbrella.
They will tell you everything, tell you, advise you, and so on.
And of course the budget is very reasonable.

I'm an anxious person, I still don't like to sleep away from home. In Ast, I was in Sheraton and Beijing.

Very convenient location of the hotel, the center is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and the cleaning is on the level. The breakfasts are great too. Of the disadvantages, except that it is possible to note the panoramic windows in the room that are not very clean from the outside, which slightly spoiled the beautiful view from the room on the 17th floor. The gym is small, as is the pool, but the most terrible place is the hammam. This is not a hammam, this is a crematorium, this is an aerogrill, a steamer, anything, but not what was put into the original meaning of the hammam. Carry vegetables there to cook, but do not try to go there yourself, for your own safety.
Suddenly, a pretty decent meal is being prepared in the lobby, but the price tag is amazing.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. An old battered hotel, even if it's a Marriott. The gym has a low ceiling, it is inconvenient to practice. The room temperature is above 25 degrees, the cooling does not work. For breakfast, too, nothing comforting. Porridge is like water, tables are cleaned at the wrong time. Cooking scrambled eggs / omelet takes at least 10-15 minutes! They give you a number, and you go to the table with it to wait) The rooms are tubby, the water is hot or cold, drops every minute. She completely does not match her 5-star level! Maximum 3-4! There is no point in overpaying when you can actually drive into a strong 5! Good luck to everyone!
