A wonderful park in terms of infrastructure. Not all capitals of developed countries have something like this.
However, the lack of understanding of where people are is populating the park with mothers with children (when a passing bicycle at a speed of 35 km/h can knock down a child to death). Strolling townsfolk confuse this park with a walking one and do not occupy the lane allotted to them for this purpose.
