On March 26, I went to Elena Yurievna Pak for a diagnosis, and I immediately realized that I had fallen into safe hands. The doctor not only conducted an examination, but also explained everything in detail in clear language: what are the methods of laser correction, how they differ, and which one is best suited for me. The model showed how the operation was going, so there were no "dark zones" left. After the consultation, the doctor recommended the FemtoLASIK method and immediately set the day of the operation. Before the procedure, I expected to be nervous, but surprisingly, there was no fear at all. Everything was clear, understandable, and logical – I knew what was waiting for me, and I was confident in the professionalism of the doctors. The operation took only 5-7 minutes, and at that moment I especially appreciated the doctor's support. She commented on every step, said that everything was going well, calmed me down – and it really helped. After the operation, there was a slight discomfort, a slight burning sensation in my eyes, but I was ready for this – the doctor warned me in advance that this was normal. They gave me a memo with detailed instructions on eye care and immediately gave me drops – for free, which was very pleasant. I didn't have to go anywhere, look for a pharmacy, everything was already included. By evening, the condition had improved markedly, although slight discomfort still persisted. The main thing is to understand that everything is going according to plan, and very soon I will see the world in a new way. I would like to mention the staff of the clinic separately – it is clear that professionals who take care of each patient work here. Everything is clear, well-coordinated, and friendly. I am very pleased with my result and definitely recommend Astana Vision Shymkent! If you're still in doubt, believe me, there's nothing to be afraid of. Among the disadvantages: I lacked psychological help from my attending physician (this may not be within her competence), I heard "we told you so" in my messages, instead of "don't worry, it's okay" Advantages: even after surgery, you feel their high service, eye drops kit for the first time of rehabilitation, the tact and attentiveness of the staff, including security guards and cleaners. On weekends, the opportunity to visit an emergency doctor on duty, contact the attending physician by phone. Bottom line: I recommend this network of clinics for any medical condition. You will receive some of the best specialists in this field as surgeons, you will be comfortable at any stage of your stay in the clinic, and most importantly, they will help you achieve your goal: to gain excellent eyesight!
