If we talk about the operation and the results, then everything is fine. The operation itself was quick, both eyes were done in just three minutes, and it was painless. Although there were unpleasant sensations, but this is to be expected.
After the operation, they told me all the recommendations, gave me medications, and offered me several free checkups... In general, the price of the operation is "all inclusive".
But before the operation, everything was rather strange and as if in a hurry: they didn't tell me much, they didn't give me any recommendations or warnings. No one explained what to expect or what to prepare for — they just told me to come with dark glasses, and they gave me a number of recommendations on what not to do in advance.
But they didn't really talk about what would happen, how the postoperative period would go, about the state of health. Moreover, it was unclear who to ask and was redirected several times in the spirit of "go there, they will tell you after the operation."
In general, the preparation was alarming, and due to the fact that he had just recovered from a cold, he fell ill again immediately after the operation. And the result itself is good — the severe astigmatism and a slight minus were completely corrected. Both eyes see perfectly!

I decided to undergo diagnostics in Astana Vision because they advertised a lot and left good reviews on social networks. But I didn't like everything. I left a form at the reception and was asked to sit. None of the employees approached me for 40 minutes (12.08.2023). To clarify the reason for the long wait, I began to ask the employees. And it turns out they put my form aside and forgot (08/12/2023). But then, of course, one of the employees quickly checked the device for everything. It was my turn to see the doctor, I had pterygium (a growth of meat). But for some reason the doctor wanted me to have an operation to correct my vision. It turns out that the correction operation costs 450 thousand, and the removal of pterygium is only 50 thousand. The question is asked, why should I impose another operation, when first of all I need to remove the growth. I left, saying that I would think about it. After some time, I called to make an appointment for the removal of pterygium, the call center said that the doctor would contact me himself. 2 weeks have passed, and I have not waited for a call. For myself, I concluded that I was only interested in the amount of the operation. Interestingly, if I signed up for a correction for half a million, I would also wait 2 weeks for a call from a doctor. No one from the clinic has called to this day.
