I didn't like anything, the service is terrible.
Let them learn not to separate people by nationality! I was born and raised in the KZ, but for some reason my eye section is not competent for them! It is very sad that state structures allow such people.

Terrible territorial distribution. We live across the street, but we can't be serviced in this office. We are going 7 blocks to submit an application of some kind. No one has been looking at electronic applications for months.
