11/14.21 purchased a 2018 car. The description contained only chips and scratches on the body and interior. According to the errors, the on-board computer was clean.
An hour after the departure of the salon, the check lit up. There were also problems with the automatic transmission, kicks and slips.
There in the cabin, after diagnosis, it turned out that there are problems with ABS, parking sensors and most importantly in the automatic transmission.
Error codes P2714, C1201, C13B4, C1201, U1117, C1AEC, C1AED.
One can only ask the question - How were these errors not detected during pre-sale diagnostics?
That is, the scheme is simple, they reset all errors, sell you a car, and then figure it out for yourself.
Despite the fact that under the contract they are obliged to make an automatic transmission under warranty (for a maximum of 600 thousand tenge), I did not dare to make repairs with them.
In my opinion, trust the repair office, which could not or rather did not want to identify these problems earlier,
it threatens that your car may simply be destroyed.
And they refuse to pay for repairs at a proven service station, which I chose myself.
Quality control does not respond, although everywhere in the responses to negative reviews, they ask you to write them an email and promise to sort it out.
All this is for show and it doesn't work!
As a result, I had to pay for the repair of the automatic transmission for another 650 thousand tenge.
