I applied to the Taraz branch on Zhambyl Aster Avenue.kz for the purpose of evaluating a car for subsequent sale and purchase of a new car on credit. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the service provided. The evaluation of the car turned out to be impractical and did not reflect the real market value. I expected a more professional approach and transparency in the assessment. I hope the service will reconsider its approach to customers.
