There are much more disadvantages: parking near the office is almost impossible.
But the biggest problem is pathological greed. I was their CASCO customer for many years in a row - I insured 2 cars. In all these years, there has not been a single appeal (even for small things). And when I got into an accident (the bumper was broken, the culprit immediately admitted his guilt and cooperated in every possible way), a nightmarish bureaucracy began. I had to go to their office many times and prove something. As a result, I was offered repairs in an extremely creepy workshop. I refused to repair it - as a result, they counted a ridiculous amount. I think that under the CTP I would have received more from the guilty party.
I highly recommend it. Everything will be very polite and pleasant, and the prices will be small. But as soon as it comes to payments, they will show all their unprofessionalism and count pennies.
PS: The total amount of damage was not large enough to sue them. I just scored - nerves are more expensive.

The car was sent to a car repair shop for 3 months. Thank you, the repair was done on time, qualitatively repaired and painted. There were small cars on the day of the fence: for example, the janitor did not work + not all the headlights worked, but everything was quickly eliminated on the spot, everything worked as it should.
