Hello! First of all, I will say that this institution does not deserve the attention of a self-respecting person! It is worth especially noting the work of the waiters, or rather its absence. We had a feast for 120 people and the waiters were rude to the guests, they said that you can't drink vodka anymore, they poked the guests, which was very unpleasant. At one table, the waiter dropped a plate of food, took the plate away, they were plastic to them, and the food lay there until the guest collected it himself. Administrator Saira accused the guests of a lack of alcohol, as she did not expect them to drink a lot. In addition, only vodka was available from alcohol instead of the promised wine and cognac, while vodka of the cheapest bottling. The table for latecomers was left without food, although we had a backup table, and Saira assured us that there would be enough food. The full payment of 12,000 tenge per person was charged for the reserve table. I didn't like the white fish in the kitchen, which was spoiled, but I liked the hot stuff, especially the cheese, red fish and salads were delicious. In summary, the overall impression was terrible. At the same time, the cost per person was 12,000 tenge, the service is dead, the administrator does not care about the reputation of the institution.

The name is loud, the Hotel itself is below average. In the suite, the mixer is wrapped with duct tape so that it does not drip, it drips anyway. There is not even soap, gel and shampoo in the hotel. Rather, there is nothing in this hotel except rooms and towels.
