I don't know how they repair it, but the service and diagnostics are super. I brought the computer for repair, and it turned on itself there 🤣 Then I decided to treat the old computer that was filling up, they gave me a business card with a phone, told me to take a picture of the serial number and send it via WhatsApp, so that I wouldn't be in vain. We checked, they said that such batteries and touch pads are not supplied already. At least I didn't waste time on the road. Parking near the Arbat is difficult, but at lunch there were a lot of free places in the courtyard, at the back of the office.
