To be honest, I don't understand where the rave reviews about this company came from. I ran into specific scammers and boors. They tried to dump me for 7600 RUB.
I bought a lock from them at the Ozon site. Instead of a lock, they sent a metal bar with a logo in a box. The process of returning this junk was a separate story. The company's employees conducted correspondence in a frankly boorish and mocking style.
Ozon returned the money after 1.5 months, only realizing that they were facing a lawsuit with a fine totaling 244,000 RUB. I do not know how Ozon dealt with Asvik Home later.

I ordered sliding gates and automation from Asvik
In order not to have a damaged phone, I went to Kolodishchi myself.
In principle, a preliminary analysis showed that I will take FAAC drives, since they are quite reliable and free from the disadvantages associated with mechanical limit switches.
As they say, that's why I came to Asvik.
Oh, you need to read the reviews carefully.... This would save a lot of time, nerves and money.
Consultants in some back room began to tell me that Nice is also cool, and even cooler. Well, OK, why not, but what to do with mechanical end caps?
They say Robus 600 with inductive. In general, they say the song. Well, then let's say this engine, the gate is of the coolest quality, pour in more remotes. In short, we walk for all the money.
The guys say they approve of my choice and ask me to go to the girls on the second (it seems) floor of the building next to them to sign the contract and pay. Naturally, I am interested in how the girls will find out about our meaningful conversation about magnetic end caps, super-reinforced gates and so on.
The guys claim that they will deliver everything by phone. Don't be afraid, they say, boyar.
In anticipation of happiness, the boyar goes to the second floor, signs and pays for everything that is given to him. The boyar did not own the magic of alphanumeric notation NICE at that time, so when he saw the line NICE RB600 he was satisfied
We agreed that the measurer would arrive. Arrived. In principle, at that moment I should have suspected something was wrong... The measurer heard from me for the first time a fairy tale about reinforced gates and paid equipment. I had to bring the man up to speed.
The thought crept in that the people who would cook the gates might not be informed well enough either.
The day of delivery came, I accepted a scattering of boxes with engines, rollers, remotes and other things. +- it seemed to match the number. What upset me was the gate itself... They were rusty right away... There was no sealant at the joints that the company writes about on the website, well, or it is present somewhere in homeopathic doses
Recently, it was the turn of the installation. It turned out that there were not enough lamps and sensors - about 100 enemy rubles. The company happily informed me that I was a fool myself, they say, not to believe people. They didn't offer to see if the warehouse would converge with the reality, they said, well, it's over - you'll buy it again. Well, yes, you can't trust the Asvik company, who knew ...
then it's more interesting. I opened the engine box and saw that something was sticking out of it. Upon closer examination, it turned out that this is a mechanical switch. Your m*?:!!! I asked for inductive ones. The company asked if the engine corresponds to what is written in the sales receipt and after receiving an affirmative answer, they were once again glad that I am an idiot who does not understand the designations of the Nis engines.
It turns out that to believe Asvik here is not to respect yourself.
The staff communicated frankly impolitely. They promised to call back 2 times to resolve the issue and did not call back.
The verdict is welding and painting gates, definitely not their thing. The gate is curved (sagging immediately upon delivery), welding is of poor quality, rough. After painting, after 3 months, all the gates flowed with rust.
The fact that the goods are not placed on the list, as they say in the reviews, is true, be sure to check
Also, when contacting this company, carefully read what you have entered to the last letter. Yes, yes, you will have to study all the nuances of alphanumeric names of goods yourself, otherwise you will get like me - not what you were promised.
If something went wrong, do not even count on banal attention with listening to claims. The staff is careless, inattentive and optional.

Terrible attitude towards your dealers and customers! And the same behavior in the market... For some time we collaborated with Asvik, purchased components for gates and automation. The fact that the goods were constantly underloaded and not delivered on time is half the trouble. Patience ran out when they did not put part of the cargo, but they convinced that everything was shipped! In short, they made me look like a thief... I've changed suppliers and I'm very happy, I've discovered new brands and products. Asvik Group slanders all competitive products, discouraging them from buying those goods that it is not profitable for them to sell... In short, a very sad experience of cooperation. I do not recommend it!!!
