With ataberk since 2019. Olga, the manager, conducted several transactions with us, which turned out to be beneficial for us. There were no problems with the documents, everything was explained in detail, in Turkey everything is very simple and transparent in this regard, even four-page purchase and sale agreements, not like ours on 24 and in small print. So far, there are only positive impressions from ataberk. We are waiting for the sale of another apartment.

I applied to this real estate agency back in the summer. I was interested in buying an apartment, the requests were not very whimsical. I was starting from the price, well, the area was very interested. There were many options offered, I was not lazy and looked through all possible ones, chose the most optimal one for me. The view from the window is amazing, there is everything you need nearby. I definitely have no comments on the work of the agency

We applied to Ataberk for the purchase of a ready-made apartment in Alanya. We found several options on the agency's website, looked at them, and chose one. According to the agent, tapu and iskan checks were carried out on the selected apartment for legality, authenticity and the presence of encumbrances. No verification reports were provided, only photos of the documents themselves. We independently checked the tapu with an outside lawyer before going to the advance and found the current judicial restriction on the apartment, which appeared before our appeal to the company. The deal, of course, was abandoned. Careful - the apartment is still on display on the website. From personal experience, the promised legal review is carried out negligently or not at all. I do not recommend the agency.
