A cozy hotel with good service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located in a convenient location close to the sea on one side and busy streets with cafes and shops on the other side. The hotel is clean and fresh. The room is cozy, cleaning is daily. Breakfast is no frills, but you can have a delicious and hearty buffet breakfast. Payment is possible by QR code and generally try to create all the amenities for residents. They can also call a taxi. I asked for any questions and they did not refuse to help me. I recommend. The hotel is wonderful! We were here from 2.11 to 7.11.24
Pros:

- we arrived at 2 a.m., we were settled immediately without any problems
- gorgeous bed linen, very cozy. And a comfortable bed. I slept very well
- we were given a corner room with a view of the mountains, a buzz! It's already fresh to swim in the morning, so we sunbathed in the afternoon, but in the morning and evening the sun shines on the balcony and warms to the last, and then sunset, peaks, beauty
- round the clock tea, coffee machine and Turkish coffee! Well, without tea! We took a small thermos bottle with us to the beach, a fairy tale!
- dining area both indoors and outdoors. There are also orange trees on the street. Coolness - we eat inside, heat - outside
- for a Turkish breakfast, a very good breakfast is eggs, tomatoes, olives, two cheeses, 3 greens, cereals, balls, 2 sausages, always fresh bread, halva, jams, butter (namely butter), porridge.

We usually choose a hotel according to the criteria: close to the sea, good bed linen and a bed, clean room, normally working Wi-Fi, hot water without interruption, availability of boiling water for tea, breakfast. Nice view and balcony as a nice bonus.
It was all in the hotel. We were very satisfied. The room had a balcony and a mountain view. I didn't take a picture of the room itself, but it fully corresponds to the photo when booking.
We checked in at 6 a.m. without any extra charges for early check-in, after a night flight, we were very grateful for that.
First booked for 4 nights, then extended for 2 more. We were in early November.
I was very pleased with the availability on the 1st floor of round-the-clock access to boiling water, tea, coffee, sugar, lemon, drinking water. Come and pour it at least at night.
The absence of a kettle in the room did not bother, there was a thermos with them, they poured it and took it with them if necessary.
Yes, the hotel is old, the bathroom is not the first freshness. But everything is clean, cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, except on weekends, bed linen did not seem to be changed, I did not pay attention. Comfortable beds, pillows, snow-white thick bed linen of good quality.
Classic Turkish breakfast is not all inclusive, it is a simple city hotel. Therefore: boiled egg, vegetables, herbs, olives, olives, 3 types of cheese, sausage, jam, honey, chocolate paste, bread, lentil soup, halva, baked rolls with cheese or spinach, 3 types of breakfast cereal, milk, fruits. And so it is every morning. But everything is fresh and delicious, we are very satisfied.
4 minutes walk to the sea, beautiful beach. We swam every day in November, we were very lucky with the weather.

The hotel left only positive emotions and impressions from the first trip to Turkey! Pros: The hotel is very well located - it takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea, 5 minutes to get to the bus stop with all buses to the old town and large shopping centers. The hotel itself is small, cozy, convenient entrance, immediately reception, passage to the dining room with a Buffet breakfast and the opportunity to eat in the backyard with citrus trees, there is an elevator. There is a small swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, and there is also a locker room and a toilet. The room is clean, not killed, no frills, but everything you need is present: hair dryer, refrigerator, TV, large closet, balcony. Cleaning every day. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 am, light, but you can eat: slicing two types of cheeses, sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers, boiled eggs, butter, jams, bread, watermelon, 2 types of cereals, tea, coffee, puff pastry with cheese or other filling. We checked into the hotel very quickly, immediately gave the password to the Wi-Fi, friendly staff, some speak Russian. It came out on a budget. Cons: there are none

An excellent modern hotel, in terms of price-quality ratio, there is simply no equal in this location.
Cozy rooms, clean linen, comfortable beds and pillows, I sleep like at home.)
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, this is a huge plus for me, especially in Turkey.
Friendly staff, it's nice when the morning starts with a smile and a delicious varied breakfast).
It is also a big plus that you can drink tea or coffee at any time without restrictions.
The location is just perfect, literally everything is nearby: the market, shops, public transport stops and, of course, the gorgeous embankment of Konyalti district.
Many thanks to the whole Ataer team, I will definitely come back more than once!

Positive:
-everything is nearby (beach, SOK and Migros shops)
- the price at the time of my stay is probably one of the lowest in Konyaalti. Breakfast was included.
- access to coffee and tea throughout the day.
- when contacting, for example, if the TV does not turn on, then they quickly came to fix it.
- there is wi-fi, but it is constantly disconnected.
Minuses:
-it is located next to a kindergarten, if you are unlucky and there will be a season without the possibility of relocation, it will be loud. The receptionist said that the children are indoors in the summer, I can't be sure. I lived from November 1st to November 13th, mostly classes with children were held on the street. I was moved because it was impossible to be loud at all and the hotel was half empty. Even with relocation and with the door to the balcony closed, it is still noticeable.
- the breakfasts are super monotonous. It's the same soup like lentil soup every day. It would be nice if, for example, chicken was served at times.
Otherwise, as usual: 🥚 , sliced vegetables, one type of sausage, 2 types of cheese, greens, something like halva, milk, cereals, some small rolls with different fillings from hot.
- dirty appliances.
I am unlikely to return a second time, nevertheless, I was more satisfied with a one-time stay than not. Take earplugs just in case

We stayed at the hotel at the end of October. Excellent location 5 minutes to the waterfront. Nearby there are shops and a market and a public transport stop. The hotel itself has friendly staff. A good breakfast, including soup and rolls, coffee and tea around the clock. A room with a balcony. There is a swimming pool. There is a kindergarten nearby, but there is no noise. It's nice to sit under the trees with pomegranates, oranges and lemons. I'm ready to come back here again, I recommend it

The rooms are clean, but there are minor flaws, such as a leaky shower and dripping air conditioning. But still, this is a budget hotel with breakfast and a swimming pool. The staff is mostly Russian-speaking, which makes everything easier. Even payment for a room can be made in St. Petersburg in rubles. You can always have tea and coffee in the dining room. Breakfasts without meat, but always fresh fruits and vegetables, boiled eggs. The hotel guests were also all Russian speakers.

Great hotel!
The rooms are cleaned daily, water is brought, linen and towels are changed at least every day.
Breakfast is a classic Turkish Buffet. Tea, coffee, hot water are available around the clock. There is a swimming pool)
The staff is polite, speak Russian, responsive administrators) Generally a homely atmosphere)
The sea is 5 minutes away. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby for different budgets. A budget store is two steps away, a weekend market.
It takes 15-20 minutes by bus to get to the center. The nearest shopping center is 10 minutes away.
If possible, we will come back again!

I have been staying at this hotel for many years, it is very cozy and comfortable. Well located, just ten minutes walk to the beach. Cozy rooms, polite Russian-speaking staff. The manager is at the hotel himself from morning to evening, as well as a small but excellent team of other employees! Communication with them is sincere with everyone, they know how to create comfort!
Lovely room, balcony, pool downstairs, breakfast with delicious melon, watermelon, lentil soup, delicious cheeses, eggs, jams, etc... Coffee, tea, water available throughout the day - it was good!
There is an elevator, but sometimes it slowed down, not critically.
I really liked the hall with a circular staircase, the courtyard with growing lemons and pomegranates - it's cute and atmospheric.
There is a cleaning service, they ask if it needs to be cleaned, towels are changed every other day, which is fine.
I arrived on Tuesday and there was almost no one in the hotel, there were more people by the weekend.
Nearby there is a park with exercise equipment and a Playground, parking spaces are also available, a restaurant street, a beach in 5-7 minutes walk, shops, transport, car rental, bicycles, a beautiful embankment…
If there is an opportunity, I will definitely return to the hotel to stay again!

The staff is attentive.
The internet was working all over the hotel. Clear. The room is cozy. Room cleaning is regular. The receptionist answered in detail any questions regarding the hotel. The breakfasts are monotonous, but hearty (in the photo with breakfast, not everything that the hotel offers, there is more choice)

The sea is nearby, the sun, warmth, excellent service and spacious rooms - what else is needed for a great holiday. The hotel operates according to the breakfast system, we also had lunch at the hotel, ordered delicious soup and other things from the Churbaji cafe. Our vacation was a success! I recommend. I know for sure that you can book a room on the website or through the Yandex system.

nice hotel, nice prices. A large clean pool, we had a rest in July, there was never anyone in the pool when we first arrived, there was no Russian-speaking staff, but after a couple of days, a man speaking Russian appeared.
The only thing I didn't like was that there were no clothes dryers and monotonous and not very tasty breakfasts, there was a cherished watermelon and overripe apricots from fruits, but food is not the main thing! The very impression of the hotel is excellent❤

In general, the hotel pulls in 3. But one star was taken away by the manager or whoever he is. I had problems in the room. When I told him about it, I thought he was going to hit me. He stared at me, wanted to accuse me of something. In short, an unpleasant type. He greeted and talked to some of the visitors. He didn't like me. 🤣.
The second star was taken away by the kindergarten under the windows. The children are making noise. To understand how much noise there is, you need to wait for the weekend. There is silence, a buzz. I take off the third star for a dirty shower stall, collective farm repair of the mixer, constant problems with the entrance lock. In the last 24 hours, the cleaner did not clean and did not bring a daily bottle of water. Terrible savings...
WiFi works in the room, but the connection is constantly lost.

It is very comfortable, delicious breakfasts, the cleanest beach is 300m away, a magnet type store is very close, a public bus stop is also 100m away. And all this for 100 rubles per day, the girl answered in Russian right in Viber and oriented herself. There are about 5 tram stations from the airport and three stops on the city bus.
