We arrived at this hotel on 30.07.2024. At first glance, the hotel seems clean and tidy. Immediately upon arrival, I went to the shower and during the shower, tiles began to fall on me from the side wall. I called the receptionist, saying that a tile could have fallen on my foot, after which she got angry, how come I went to the shower without paying for my stay. The fact that their tiles started to fall off is not their fault (probably mine?). When I asked for another room, they told me that they didn't have one, they wouldn't give us a discount, and if we didn't like it, we could move out. So we went to another place. I don't recommend staying here.
