Believe it or not, they don't deserve more than 2 stars. 1-checked in for free at 6 a.m.- thanks a lot for that, 2- cleaning with a smile every day, that's the end of the pros.
For 2 weeks, they asked for a room above and ended up in the middle.
Despite the fact that many guests are from Russia, no one speaks Russian at all. Although they say with a smile on their face that there will be an employee tomorrow, but these are only excuses. The same thing happens tomorrow. The air conditioning is constantly flailing in the rooms, it is not possible to turn on the heat. The smell from the toilet is unpleasant. The furniture is old. There is a construction site nearby.
The breakfasts are so-so, there are a lot of people, a crowd. The Shvetskaya line is small .
Personally, we fell for the 4-stars and the price tag. There were a lot of good reviews, but as practice shows, the reviews are purchased.

No, you will not see dirt, rudeness, normal breakfasts, there is a swimming pool, sauna, regular cleaning, our unjustified expectations are due to the fact that this is the most indifferent hotel in terms of service.
Everyone smiles, agrees, but in fact-either nothing is being done, or it is being done "to fuck off".
We didn't stay long, we came to celebrate the anniversary in Dubai. It was not celebrated at the hotel, but the hotel did not congratulate.
