A very cozy, clean hotel with charming staff who easily solve any issues. The young man at the reception was pleasantly surprised by the good Russian. It's a pity that he wasn't always there, but the language barrier with other staff was easily solved with the help of an online translator. I rented a room for one night before the flight. The room is small, but very nice, neat and generally pleasant. There is a kettle and tea bags, as well as, I think, coffee. A room for one cost me a little less than 3,000 rubles per day at the end of March, with a simple Turkish breakfast included. There are two metro stops from Istanbul New Airport (10-15 minutes) and a 20-minute walk. We walked with pleasure.
Probably the only drawback is the remoteness from all historical attractions and some kind of inadequacy, or abandonment of the area.

The hotel is located fifteen minutes drive from the new airport, in a quiet area. The staff is polite, the administrator is Russian-speaking. The rooms are spacious, clean, warm, we even opened the windows, although it was 02/17/2025 degrees outside. The breakfasts were also delicious, the children really liked it.

A newly opened, clean hotel. The staff sincerely answers all your questions and can speak English and Russian. There is a meal menu in your room. You can order at affordable prices. Free Wi-Fi is fast and smooth. Tea, coffee and water are provided free of charge in your room. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were clean, there was shampoo and shower gel in the shower, the towels smelled clean. You can also get spa services, Turkish bath, sauna and massage were great. If you have time, you can also watch Netflix, but I preferred to sleep. Thanks for everything

Many thanks to the Jamal administrator for the service upon check-in, communication in Russian is very convenient, you can also check in with a dog, not all hotels take pets. We checked in late, at a convenient time for us, the hotel has a restaurant, you can order food at a later time. We recommend it!!!

First of all, from the moment of booking at the hotel, the staff contacts you and informs you at which boarding gate you will be met at the airport. They will pick you up at this door and take you to a car for a free VIP transfer. The transfer will take you to the hotel in about 12 minutes. As soon as you enter the hotel, you see that everything is in order. The administrator politely greets you and quickly registers you. In addition, the administrators are fluent in English and Russian. At the entrance, you are asked when you want to return to the airport the next day, and the VIP transfer time is immediately agreed upon. A messenger who will help you carry your luggage will take you to your room. The room is decorated in an extremely modern way, everything necessary is taken into account and most importantly, it is spotlessly clean. There is also a menu where you can order room service. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. There's a nice bathroom there. Clean towels, shampoo, shower gel, slippers, in short, everything is available. The bed is very comfortable. The Wi-Fi is very fast. In short, you can relax before the flight and hit the road with full dedication for your money. Thanks for everything.

The rooms are small, there is zero noise insulation, I took the most expensive room, the window didn't even close until the end, there was a huge incomprehensible hole in the ceiling at the reception, the pillows were just springs, there was mold in the shower, the Jacuzzi was working through the stump deck. I had to close the window with improvised means, I ordered dinner, the chicken was fried for an hour, I probably had to catch it somewhere. I asked him to call me a taxi in the morning, and he charged me a hundred lire more, allegedly for a hotel commission, and a transfer from the hotel costs more than a hotel room

A wonderful hotel for your money. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the airport, which is convenient for rest on connecting flights. Friendly staff, beautiful room with a comfortable bed, but the cleanliness is not perfect. The sound of airplanes is audible even with the windows closed (because the airport is nearby). but this did not interfere with the rest.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times, very clean,quiet and close to the airport.
The first time we checked in late and the pharmacies did not work, my head hurt very much, they gave me a pill at the reception right away.very nice and helpful people

Upon arrival at the new airport, we stayed at this hotel. We went by taxi 420 rubles (card payment + 10%), you can take the metro 2-3 stops and walk 20 minutes. I liked the hotel itself! There is a food delivery service.
