The hotel itself is good, except for the age of the building itself. Good cuisine, cozy rooms, I will not say that it is like in the 1st reception room of Ak-orda, but overall I liked it. At least fill your pockets with breakfast, there's enough of everything. According to my assessment, 5 stars are not lower.

Everything is fine, but the Internet works disgustingly, it is not possible to hold a video meeting or anything else like that, when asked to fix it, they always say the same thing: "everything was fixed, thank you for saying" It also blows very strongly from the windows, a lot of dust flew into the room and the wind howled, I was in room 205.

The standard room turned out to be uncomfortable. The prices at the Metropol restaurant are overpriced, the food is delicious. The staff is polite, the cleaning is normal, some rooms have washing machines. In general, a Solid 4.

I liked the hotel. The junior suite is simply gorgeous. You can just live in it. There is a full kitchen in the room, for those who want to cook themselves. You can eat well in the restaurant. If you want to save money, there is a business lunch for 2000 tenge. I ate enough for 2,800.Payment is possible by card. I recommend.
