When accepting clothes for tailoring, I asked for the phone number of the,, master,, , to find out when to pick it up. I was told that they would call me when it was ready.
At the same time, they said what day and approximately the time of the end of work.
They didn't call. We waited 2 days and came. To the question:why didn't they call us was the answer:A lot of people, but I've been waiting for you.
The employee apparently does not understand that she works in the public services sector, and her job includes not only tailoring, but also informing the client that the work is done.
Dear consumers, Respect yourself:leave your money and contact the responsible specialists.

It's a terrible place. I handed over a blouse 1.5 weeks ago, I can't shorten the sleeves, I still can't pick it up. I handed it over, they said they would call me back in a couple of days. They did not call, she applied after a week, they said she was not ready, although they searched for her and did not find her. They said a couple more days and they would call about readiness. And silence... How is it???

It is strongly not recommended for sewing Mush clothes. In principle, the master immediately warned that it was difficult with men's clothing, but I wanted to dispose of normal fabric. At the same time, there is a pronounced disrespectful attitude towards customers, they constantly make it clear that there are enough other orders. The result: overpayment for damaged fabric and a set of clothes for exterior finishing works. The bonus is spoiled nerves, during numerous alterations.

I handed over trousers made of viscose so that the master would process the edge for me , putting a minimum number of millimeters. But the master sewed a knitted ribbon without my knowledge, thereby spoiling the appearance of the trousers! Moreover, the spikes became of different lengths, so on one side she sewed a ribbon in an overlap, and on the other to the end of the trousers. The master refused to return the money!
