It's a pity that I haven't read reviews about this atelier before. As a result, I faced dishonesty and rudeness twice.
For the first time, the receipt of the goods was delayed.
For the second time, the manager showed a unique lack of tact and rudeness (as previously written here).
My personal impression is that customer focus is at zero.
There are plenty of other places in Minsk where the service is better and the prices are lower!
