The grandiose cathedral is located on a hill, from there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city and the confluence of two rivers. It was built in 1743-1777 as a Uniate church. During the construction, the Basilica of San Carlo al Corso in Rome was taken as a model. Since 1799, it has been an Orthodox cathedral. It was blown up and destroyed to the ground in 1936 and completely rebuilt from 2001 to 2011. There is a staircase leading from the embankment to the cathedral, there are many steps, but it is worth climbing. You can see a beautiful sunset
