Excellent hotel, conveniently located to Taraz Arena. For sports groups, perfect. The room is spacious, the floor is heated, the stove is warm and cozy! The breakfasts are hearty! Thanks guys at the reception.

Pros: polite staff, very cozy, the kitchen is very tasty! The room is spacious (except VIP), bright. Cons: cockroaches in the bathroom, cleaning once a week. And yet, the reception desk gave a duplicate key of my room to a left-handed person without my knowledge. This is a very big disadvantage.
