A cool residential complex. Everything is modern. Very clean courtyard, entrances, elevators, Parking, playgrounds. In winter, the apartments are hot. The sound insulation is average, but better than in many new houses

One of several Wildberries pick-up points is located in this residential complex. There is also a printing company where you can take a photo of any size or purchase some kind of document for employment (template, workbook, etc.) and an Aldiyar grocery store.
