We bought an ATLANT SMA 70U1213-01 washing machine. The car is 2 years old. During these 2 years, the car was in service twice.
The first contact to the service.
For the first time after about 6-8 months of operation, periodic extraneous noise began during washing (beating, whistling, mashing). The noise was mainly in the last stages of washing and it's not about the noise during the spin. Although the noise continued periodically during the spin. (loading +/- is the same). It is difficult to say on what principle the noise arises. Let's say 2-3 out of 10 washes have it. There were 2 visits from the service, which revealed nothing during the tests. Moreover, the last time the service recorded a video with noise, it stated that this was the norm. A replacement was provided for a while without a typewriter, although extremely dirty. I do not know why it is impossible to clean the car before handing the replacement to the customer.
The second request to the service
A year after that, all the symptoms recurred only x2 and with a constant bang. A video was shot and sent to the service. When the service arrived, they made sure that the car was not in order, but they did not pick it up, because they were in a small car, so they had to leave work one more day (the service picks up equipment only on weekdays and only from 11 to 14, if I'm not mistaken, so if you want to buy equipment it is this brand, then teach that you need to work from home or leave work at least twice). A few days later they came to pick up the car, upon inspection they found dents on it, which apparently remained after the last service and which were kept silent. As a result, they agreed to replace the case. In addition to the body, the entire car was once again replaced. As a result, the following items were replaced in total: housing, screeds, tank, drum, tank lid. In addition, a crack in the housing was found in the area of the shock absorber attachment. It is also worth noting that this time he refused to replace it, because the memory of the last extremely dirty replacement car surfaced in his memory.
Now the car has arrived for the second time from the service. We started washing - the water pours without restriction, the tank is full. That is, the car is very likely to leave for service again.
In summary, we can say that this is some kind of hellish and systemic shame.
