Professionals are probably good. But the service leaves much to be desired. Other masters are insulted, but they themselves violate all the rules. I bought a spare part, sold it without packaging, without any passport or instructions, there is no receipt or warranty. I wanted to refuse, but I need a spare part.... If it is possible to do without them, then I would not recommend it. Plus, the price tag is higher than in other workshops. I hoped that this was the Atlant service center, but by and large some kind of left-hand workshop. If it is otherwise, then the credibility of the entire brand is simply lost.
We left a request on 18.09.2023 to repair the refrigerator under warranty. The refrigerator is 2 years old. We bought a Belarusian one in the hope that if something is repaired it will be easier to do. It turns out not. Until now, the master has not come and examined the refrigerator! Without a serviceable refrigerator, a couple lives for 80 years, both of them, and one is a disabled person of group 1. The service explained everything and asked to help people faster! And that's how more than two weeks have passed!!! Poor service, but I hope the master when he deigns to come and at least try to help deeply elderly people in solving the issue of refrigerator repair will show all the skill and eliminate the breakdown ! I hope he won 't rip off three skins from pensioners !!! Mogilev Service Center respond!!!
