I bought an electric car, and they will write "New" in the contract only if a warranty is purchased (I paid for an additional $1,000). The manager said that if there was no guarantee, then the contract would be written second—hand — the Chamber of Commerce should definitely give a legal assessment to such a "scheme".
When you deal with a problem, you will endlessly be redirected from specialist to specialist who cannot do anything quickly and on time.
In the Warranty service center, the manager will personally tell you what needs to be changed, poor quality of the material, etc., and in conclusion they will write exactly the opposite.
There are many electric car shops, I would recommend any other, but not this one.
