It is immediately clear that the level is TOP. The staff is friendly and friendly. The children found a children's corner and were not distracted from choosing a car.

New cars are presented in the showroom. The showroom is divided into two parts by design: one shows Land Rover cars, the other Jaguar, but there was also a car of another brand there during the visit.

In general, compared to 2022, I was pleasantly impressed.

Recently, an abnormal hidden alarm system with a GPS tracker woke up.
When buying a car, I saw the item "emergency alarm system installed" in the diagnostic card.
The manager assured me that this is a mistake and there is no alarm.
Yesterday, 10 meters of wires and a working control unit with a SIM card were taken out of the cabin and under the hood. At what point the car would turn into real estate and/or be stolen is a rhetorical question.
It's strange, the salon looks serious, but in fact the service is of the level of a second-hand platform.
I'm going to buy another car in Minsk, but I'm unlikely to consider even good options in Atlanta.

Background: for a very long time, my husband and I decided which car to choose, because we have three children, but we don't want to buy a minivan at all. We stopped at a car with 3 rows of seats. As it turned out, not every car has a normal 3 row (with the declared 3 row). We looked at the Front garden, the Q7 is not available, it is not convenient in Volvo at all, either Mercedes or Land Rover/Range Rover remains. We sat in the Mercedes GLS the other day, we didn't like the interior because of the terrible creaky plastic and the choice fell on the British. We saw that the salon was open until 5 pm (a strange customer orientation, given that people earn money on weekdays and leave weekends just to spend the money they earned), went to the salon: sit in the car, touch and order). We arrived: no one at the reception, no one in the salon (come, take what you want, leave). In the far corner, they found a man who didn't pay much attention to us (probably a lot of work, given that there was no one in the cabin), came up, said that we wanted to choose a car, to which we were told that they actually work until 5. My husband ironically remarked that 30 minutes would be enough for us to at least see the car from the inside and stop searching. The manager at the Britannia car dealership did not know anything, mind you, he did not know anything about the car that stands in the salon right next to his workplace! They got into the car, he did not know why the electrician in the front seat was not working (the seat did not fold). It was only later that I figured out why (because the back row was not fully decomposed and the brains of the car did not allow the front seat to be comfortably decomposed). They began to recognize it by the engine, by the suspension. The manager gave short monosyllabic answers. He didn't tell me anything. I couldn't stand it and asked why he didn't tell me anything himself and everything had to be pulled out of him with claws? As it turned out, he doesn't know anything about these cars (why is he sitting there then?) and he can't help us in any way.
Here's the Britannia salon for you: bring money for a pig in a poke and they will do you a favor there, at least they will talk to you during their working hours with a dissatisfied face, saying "why did you come here?!"

For more than ten years, the car was serviced in this salon and everything was fine. But in November 2021, the workers "distinguished themselves" with their work: after washing the engine, they almost messed it up (all the sensors were flooded with water), the wheel pressure sensors were replaced poorly (the previous sensors were simply torn off and the remnants remained in the tire), the tires were installed "dry" (not lubricated before installation), balancing was done poorly: the old weights were not removed, but new ones were glued next to them.
The quality of the work performed is more suitable for a sub-garage team, rather than a certified service!!! Only in the garage such works are much cheaper!!!
The staff, the car, the waiting area, treats, attention, comfort, pleasant aromas, a special atmosphere, has the opportunity to drive in a car purchased here, just like that...
