Excellent hotel in the resort area of Cyprus. Conveniently located. The cleanliness is perfect. The staff makes every effort to create comfortable conditions for recreation. It is very unobtrusive, but all the conditions for ensuring anti-Covid measures are fully met. The restaurant and the kitchen deserve special thanks. The variety of dishes is simply amazing. All kinds of meat, fish, fruits, and desserts are simply delicious! The hotel manager is constantly in direct contact with vacationers and does everything to avoid any problems! Thank them so much!

We were in September, vacationing with a five-year-old child, we really liked the hotel. Close to the sea, close to the main streets, very convenient location. There was a room with a sea view, good repair, new modern decoration, perfectly working plumbing, electrics. Friendly staff, you can explain yourself in Russian, always ready to help. It was very convenient to use towels and a safe deposit box, as a result it turned out to be free, in other hotels a safe is often a paid service. A wonderful pool with warm water, there is animation for both children and adults. We had an all-inclusive vacation, the restaurant was very pleased, it was very tasty, a large selection of dishes and drinks. If we are going to come to Cyprus again, we will book only this hotel.

A great hotel, a lot of traveling around the world and there is something to compare it with. The rooms are ordinary as in many hotels (air conditioning, shower, TV, balcony, etc.). But the service, attitude, cleanliness and mutual understanding are at the highest level. The kitchen surprises with the fact that every day there are some new delicious dishes. We arrived at the hotel on June 6, 2021 and are still resting! We were greeted by pleasant staff at the reception with knowledge of the Russian language, they told and explained everything in an accessible way. We were given a room on the ground floor, No. 014. Despite the fact that the Windows overlook the road, the room is quiet, cozy and large, since there are three of us! Room service is always on time, clean and cozy! The restaurant is above all praise, everything is at the European level - delicious, appetizing, aesthetically decorated. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Waiter Efim is just a godsend!!! Bartenders Konstantin, Elias and George are on the same wavelength as tourists! And in general, all the hotel staff are experts in their field! Everyone is in their place! This is our second time here, but I want to come back in the future! We wish the Hotel to survive these turbulent times, more grateful guests, prosperity and Good luck for the long summer!!!! The best hotel.
Let's start with the room.
Large bed, air conditioning.
Everything smells delicious, cleaning in the area from 9-13, maybe later, depending on the occupancy of the room, whether there are people there.
Food.
When my husband and I arrived on Sunday, the day was on the menu. And since Monday there has been a buffet. I suppose it was because a lot of the cooking staff were on the way out.
The food is excellent. A variety of salads, individual ingredients to assemble your dish. Fruits, desserts. And every evening there was a certain theme. Italian, Greek, Mexican, Pan-Asian, Cypriot. Everything was delicious and interesting.
The staff are just lovely!!!! I especially want to highlight the waiters Ali, Efim and Happy, 2 bartenders and Rahid (I hope I spelled his name correctly)
Not far from the sea, literally 5 minutes. There are many different supermarkets. Opposite the entrance to the hotel, opposite the exit towards the sea.

The food is above all praise , a lot of meat , fish , everything is very tasty , desserts are just works of art ! I would like to mention all the staff separately! The hotel is excellent, we had a rest from October 24 to October 30. The staff is responsive, attentive, always with a smile. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious, there are a lot of them, even they didn't have time to try everything.It takes 4-5 minutes to walk to the sea .The sea is clean, warm, there were enough sun beds for everyone. The animation is very weak and only in English. Will I return to this hotel? yes

An excellent hotel located almost in the heart of Ayia Napa, a 5-minute leisurely walk from perhaps the best beach of Ayia Napa.
The food is excellent, it makes sense to take an All-inclusive scheme, the overpayment is small for decent lunches and dinners.
There is a pool bar on site, but mostly there are weak cocktails, but very tasty draft wine. I recommend pink especially.
There is also a kiosk with fruits and burgers, open from 10 to 18, which is also quite convenient.

A very mediocre hotel. If you are with young children or want to fall asleep in silence (even lie down during the day) - you are not here. Rooms with pool view - animation is open until 23:30. Closed doors won't save you. The music is crazy. And this music screams from morning to night. You can't sit on the balcony during the day. There is zero attention at the reception, the music will not be quieter. If the windows are on the road, then the noise + from that side is smoking near the entrance to the hotel. It seems that I got to Turkey. At a restaurant for lunch and dinner, they demand to change flip-flops for other shoes. To a 3 star hotel??? The choice of cakes is limited - some jellies, mousses and other things do not apply to cakes. The air conditioners are terrible. The temperature is the same and is not regulated. Yes, it is also directed directly at the bed with all the consequences. Well, they took a first-aid kit with them. I will definitely not come here a second time and I do not advise you.

Our room was large and spacious, with a side view of the sea and the entrance of the hotel, a little harassed by the sounds of passing cars and music. Good Wi-Fi signal.
