I used to have a different opinion from this organization, now I will bypass it myself and will not advise my friends.

From my experience, I judge that the company is built on deceiving its potential customers.

For two, they offered a discount on their commission: not 5, but 4 percent. At the initial stage, I no longer liked their contract: under the conditions of an indoor parking lot with closed access, video surveillance, and in fact this company does not bear any financial responsibility for the car - you will prove in court; you can pick up the car only a week after written notification of their decision to pick it up. Carefully reading and working with contracts all the time, I asked these questions to the manager and director, to which I received answers that the company does not earn enough to take full financial responsibility)) (for comparison, other salons offer full financial responsibility for cars), and according to the timing of picking up a car, it will be possible to do this at any time. The salon also had to carry out a full pre-sale preparation. In the end, I agreed to all this and put them up for sale. As it turned out later, the car was only washed from the outside out of full preparation (for comparison, other salons offer free dry cleaning and even body polishing). Further. The description of the model in the ad was made wrong by pulling some text from the Internet (they indicated one electric motor instead of two, indicated for one of the cars all-wheel drive with torque distribution between the rear wheels, which did not correspond to the configuration). To my comments that the photo shows a dirty interior (they simply did not wipe the dust from children's shoes on the back of the front seats and did not wash the mats), they promised to eliminate it, but nothing has changed in three weeks of placing the ad. Three weeks later, I asked if there was any progress, if customers were interested. They replied that it was dead, not a single one. When asked about the reason, they replied that the price was too high (for your information, their commission was 2000 and 2500 dollars) Of course, the final price was not very attractive, to put it mildly). They offered to reduce the final price by $ 6,500 for one of the cars, for the other less, but not the point. That is, in fact, to sell much lower than the market, and at the same time that the salon will still take the commission from this). The question is, why do I need their services then?..)They refused my offer to move both of us in price, i.e. they also reduced their margin. I decided to pick up the cars and as a result I was able to do it only 7 days after the written notification of the decision, although on the eve of departure in the morning to Minsk it was agreed with the manager that it was possible to pick up, and only in the morning, when I got into a taxi to Minsk, it turned out that the director of this salon decided "not to be guided by concepts, and the terms of the contract." I eventually took the cars. The signing of the acts of acceptance with the inspection of the car was carried out in an indoor parking lot, where the lighting is not very good, and after that I found deep scratches on the wing, door and in the opening. Whether polishing will help is a question. Cars of 2019. In general, I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend anyone to work with them.

They pour it into your ears that everything is super, but in fact, you buy a car and in a month you know everything about Minsk.
