Terrible service! The programs are not thought out in terms of logistics, the guides are not professional and not motivated - it feels like they want to get rid of you as soon as possible.
A residual impression of the approach to travel organization : When the money is paid, who thinks about fulfilling the promise? Don't get fooled by their hyped-up positive reviews.

Hello. I went on a Caesarea-Haifa-Acre tour on 14.09. It was supposed to be the most vivid, unforgettable, spectacular excursion, but, alas. The guide is Ariel. He was hot. He didn't want to walk around in the heat, so he stopped the group at every corner where there was a shadow and we listened to history lectures for half an hour. Then they galloped to the next point in the shade. In Akko, the lecture lasted forty minutes! minutes. 40!!! People started to get indignant.Then we ran through the whole city in 15 minutes. The stop was already at an air-conditioned souvenir shop.We didn't see anything, neither the sea, nor the ships, nor the city properly. Ariel was hot. He didn't give me any free time, there were no photo stops. Sorry, I paid for the tour, not the history lectures, and I didn't see anything. Give Ariel a portable air conditioner, please.
