Terrible service! The programs are not thought out in terms of logistics, the guides are not professional and not motivated - it feels like they want to get rid of you as soon as possible.
A residual impression of the approach to travel organization : When the money is paid, who thinks about fulfilling the promise? Don't get fooled by their hyped-up positive reviews.
Hello. I went on a Caesarea-Haifa-Acre tour on 14.09. It was supposed to be the most vivid, unforgettable, spectacular excursion, but, alas. The guide is Ariel. He was hot. He didn't want to walk around in the heat, so he stopped the group at every corner where there was a shadow and we listened to history lectures for half an hour. Then they galloped to the next point in the shade. In Akko, the lecture lasted forty minutes! minutes. 40!!! People started to get indignant. Then we ran through the whole city in 15 minutes. The stop was already at an air-conditioned souvenir shop.We didn't see anything, neither the sea, nor the ships, nor the city properly. Ariel was hot. He didn't give me any free time, there were no photo stops. Sorry, I paid for the tour, not the history lectures, and I didn't see anything. Give Ariel a portable air conditioner, please.
20.01.24 we went on an excursion to Jerusalem, we really liked the trip. The guide Alexey is a very interesting person, knowledgeable, comfortable in communication.the buses are comfortable and clean
On July 29, the family went on an excursion to Jerusalem. The guide is Shoel (if I understood correctly). Everything is very well organized, the bus arrived exactly on schedule. The guide is very knowledgeable and clearly in love with the history of Israel. I will recommend the Atlantis travel agency to my friends.
Today we went on an excursion along the route Massada Fortress - Dead Sea.
A non-Russian-speaking driver arrived, who could not explain anything to us, we did not understand Hebrew about what he was telling us.
The event itself is well organized, there are constant inconsistencies, why they brought us first to the dead sea, dropped off people who had an excursion only to the dead sea, and then just tried to throw us out at an empty stop ....
they dropped us off in the heat at 36 degrees to wait for the bus, which we waited for 45 minutes, and if they themselves did not running on buses to look for Russian-speaking people and in the nearest hotels, probably, we would have been sitting in the heat.
A request through a Google translator to the driver to give the guide's phone number, did not lead to anything intelligible .....
They called the office repeatedly, they hear Russian speech and hang up or do not pick up the phone....for such money and such an attitude!!They have a Sabbath today!
Then they loaded us onto a bus and dragged us to the fortress in the heat of 11 a.m., it was just an outrage, there were quite old tourists among the group (
And everyone didn't give a damn about this attitude, the guide Rina drove through the fortress, didn't wait for anyone, told herself under her breath, the microphone was heard, only if you follow her- 2-3 people, then the audibility is 0.
There was not enough time to stop to take a photo....
Yes, and of course, a complete rip-off, in a little over a minute, paying 77 shekels for a lift is too expensive.
Then they were brought to the dead sea, there was 1.5 hours left for all the delights of diving and washing, there was no time for lunch, and galloped back to the minibus.
Review the program, you need to go to the fortress early in the morning, while it's not hot, and not in the heat.
I do not recommend this operator if you do not want hassle and disappointment!!!!
We took an excursion from Atlantis to Jerusalem and Bethlehem on 05/29/2023. To say that you liked it is to say nothing. Everything was at the highest level, starting from the order, thanks a lot to Irina and Lina, who helped with the remote payment of the tour. And I would especially like to thank the two Alekseevs, the driver and the guide, it is these people who leave the most pleasant, indelible impressions about the tour operator, employees, about the trip and about the country as a whole. Thanks again to everyone!!!
There was not enough time, everything was running and strictly scheduled in time. In the church of the Holy Sepulchre, they immediately say that there is not enough time to stand in line to look inside, but in the souvenir shop we stood freely for almost an hour until everyone buys everything. Instead of standing outside and telling a story for half an hour (this is also important and interesting, of course), it would be better to give time to stand in line at the tomb.
The Path of Sorrow - 10 steps have been taken along it, although it is stated in the program.
Literally + an hour in general for all places and impressions would not be crumpled.
We went on excursions to Jerusalem and the Christian Galilee - a complete delight. Thanks a lot to the guides Boris and Peter for the interesting information, not overloaded and accessible. For efficiency, the desire to show more and to be in time everywhere, and with a comfortable schedule of movements - a separate respect. With great pleasure and hope for a return, Elena and Julia (Tver, Russia)
I've been dreaming of going to the Dead Sea for many years. But so far my dream has not come true, because the Atlantis company, in which I bought the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve and the Dead Sea tour, canceled the trip two days before departure. This is very strange, because when I bought the tour, there were 3 empty seats. The reason for the cancellation was not explained to me. In return, they offered the Masada fortress, which I am not interested in at all (but when I thought that let it be a fortress, it turned out that I still need to pay 80 shekels for the funicular). That is, there is no compensation for the cancellation of the tour, but I still need to pay extra for the place where I do not want to go. What are you guys doing? It is also very strange that instead of the Dead Sea, I was offered a completely opposite direction: Galilee, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, etc.
I've heard about non-commitment in Israel, but now I've come across it myself. After Moscow, of course, where you get used to the highest quality services, I was so disappointed. To tears. I'm waiting for a refund.

We purchased an excursion from this company through an agent (Namesake). The day before, a message arrives from Atlantis Travel about the postponement of the start time of the tour, the message also indicates the new departure location. We arrived at the time and place indicated in the message. The bus did not arrive at the specified location. They called, it turned out that the place of departure remained the same. They refused to postpone the tour to another day or refund the money (Teztur and Atlantis travel), citing the fact that the message only talks about changing the time and it's our own fault that we did not specify exactly what their message is about.
On August 27, I was on a tour in Jerusalem. The tour is just great!! Thanks to the wonderful guide Alexander (bus 1) He organized the tour route very skillfully, everything was done promptly and without delay. There are a lot of interesting facts, just well done!!!!! Thank you very much!!!!!
Good afternoon! The tours and guides are good and leave a pleasant impression. But the organization of the pick-up and drop-off point is terrible. A gathering place for tourists in the Akka districts. Kiryat Bialik, Haifa are so inconvenient that people spend quite a lot of extra money on taxis, and if you also take into account that the company sets the boarding time at 4.30 am in Haifa. 4.40 am in Kiryat Bialik. Then at such a time it is very difficult to call a taxi or get there by public transport. We took 4 excursions and there was no comfortable situation on any of them. The bus leaves early, gathers tourists all over Israel, then seats tourists with a breakdown on excursions. The tours themselves start at 9.00 - 9.30. The return from the excursions is in the same order, so we returned home at 10 pm. We did not get to the 4th tour, because we did not wait for transport at an early time, and we could not call a taxi. I do not advise buying excursions from this operator, since the employees of this organization do not contact about changing the place of disembarkation and boarding to more convenient ones, and the bus driver does not speak Russian, there are no guides and Russian speakers at the place of boarding and disembarkation.
The most disgusting organization. I do not recommend this company, the excursion to the Dead Sea and the fortress of Massada is organized terribly. The inconvenient gathering point of the group in Tel Aviv in arlozorov, which cannot be reached normally at 6 a.m. on Shabbat, the lack of an additional transfer or an additional gathering point from the very beginning makes this "excursion" inconvenient and useless. It all started with a delay of departure for an hour, although there was an alert, but as a result, your time is reduced, for which you paid without any compensation. Strange logistical features, when someone jumps from one bus to another depending on the tour, do not add comfort. A stop in a "lured" place is, in principle, a standard course for excursions, prices there are more expensive than at the resort itself (cosmetics, dates) . Almost no information was given during the 2 hours of the road. The tour to the Massada fortress was delayed for an hour again, due to some problems with the guide and the travel agency, as a result, galloped through the fortress in 40 minutes and did not visit more than half! No additional time or changes, by the way, a ticket to the fortress at the ticket office is cheaper than if you take the tour package, so it's better to take it at the ticket office. After the fortress, 3 hours at sea is left to himself. As a result, 195 shekels just for a transfer to the sea, the only excuse for this expense is to go on Shabbat, when another transfer is not possible, otherwise it is more profitable and even more convenient to go by public transport
The organization is terrible, there is no schedule, there are no specifics, the guide does not know how to tell, there are big doubts that this is a guide, they hang up on a hotline phone call, they spent most of their time waiting for someone, transfers and complete chaos. This is not an excursion, but a collection of money for throwing between buses. I will contact the regulatory authorities and demand compensation. The entire group from January 7 on the Dead Sea and Masada is set up in the same way.
Horror)) complete organizational chaos, they cannot clearly tell who is on which bus, which changes several times during the tour, constant turnover of people. The boorish organizer in the middle of the trip at the transshipment point begins a groundless discussion with tourists with comments saying that you will do whatever you want at home - they said stop for 15 minutes, give her a ***, 2 minutes and let's go, it's also your fault. There is a rule here - the client is to blame for everything) If the bus does not arrive at the meeting stop, do not think that you are an imbecile, call the hotline immediately and specify where it is. And then, indeed, they will say that it was you who did not come on time (at the bottom, I see, someone has already experienced this).
Dear, two stars only because it looks like some kind of sur.
*For an excursion to the Dead Sea, spare the money, do not take a hotel for 5 hours of stay in this location. You can sit perfectly on the beach, which is exactly what you're going for. Do not listen to stories about the lack of cafes, there is always a place to eat and drink.
On August 18, the Haifa-Acre-Caesarea tour, the organization is disgusting! We waited for the bus for more than an hour, we already thought that the tour would not take place. Then the whole tour took place in a great hurry and in some places almost running. When buying the tour, we were not informed that for visiting Caesarea you need to pay an additional 39 shekels per person. The whole tour was a bit nervous.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the guide Sasha Zweigenbaunu for the most wonderful excursion on 02/6/20 Jerusalem Christian.I would like to see such Professional guides on all excursions, who tells a story with such trepidation, so interestingly that I want to listen to it without words!Alexander - You are a Professional in your field!!!Thank you for the indescribable sensations of the whole tour you have conducted!!!You Are A Pro!!!
Yesterday I was on an excursion to "Easter Jerusalem". I went on an excursion with a sense of awe, but I have never seen a worse excursion. The guide Alexander could not organize the group, they moved very slowly, which is why the group was constantly scattered. The guide's story was like a mess. It is not clear why he was stalling where it was not necessary. He could not organize lunch, thanks to his actions, half the group had lunch with "their" food, half the group went hungry for another 2 hours. The main principle of this guide was to "meet" the time, so that one person was left in Jerusalem on Shabbat. I will not use your company's services anymore and I do not advise others.
57 Galileo bus 04/24/2019
An excellent driver - he turned expertly on all sorts of narrow streets. Well done!
Excellent, experienced guide Igor - knows the route well, told and showed a lot, a lot of useful things were taken from the trip accompanied by him. Well done!
But the policy of the ATLANTIS agency itself is simply terrible - there is a risk of staying where they were taken, is it really difficult to call those who did not return to the bus? What if I still have my things, documents and money on the bus?
Compensation for time in traffic jams is compensated by the time of excursions, but I'm not paying for riding the bus, am I?
Nazareth and the Jordan River deserve more attention! And you can collect the lost ones on the way back, if that's what happened....
Many thanks to the guide Gheora Yahiel. Interestingly, tirelessly, in a calm manner of narration, with high professionalism, George showed and led us through the Holy Places. In fact, Israeli guides are distinguished by high professionalism, the ability to patiently and respectfully organize and interest tourists. Thank you so much for the wonderful tour. Success and prosperity. Special thanks to the drivers: I was on 4 trips - BRAVO to all drivers!
We thank the Atlantis travel agency and personally the guide Rina for a great qualified trip, an excellent story and just a very pleasant conversation! Rina - You are a talented and very interesting storyteller and person! Thank you! The Gypsy family.
This company has its own small buses with everything you need, even when it's terribly hot outside, it's comfortable inside. Our family liked the good organization of the trip to Bethlehem and Jerusalem. The guide Mikhail left free time for photos and buying souvenirs. If we go to Israel again, we already know exactly where to apply for excursions. Thanks to all the employees of Atlantis!
These are just real scammers, I've never seen such a low service. I bought a sightseeing tour of Jerusalem - Yad Vashem. Hadar's guide behaved absolutely inappropriately when she led us with a group to a closed store and told everyone to wait until it opened (she called the owner of this store) and we could make purchases, I wondered perplexedly what was stopping us from doing this in a nearby store or in a market where everything is 3 times cheaper. To this, I heard a hysterical attack that I was spoiling the guide's mood and that she did not want to tolerate me anymore. I contacted the office then, they seemed to be trying to resolve the situation and transfer me to another tour. But as it turned out, nothing was resolved in the end, I was getting home to another city on my own. The bus left with my personal belongings, which no one has returned to me so far (it has been more than half a year), despite the fact that I repeatedly asked to bring at least them to some office and my friend would take them away.
It's good that I immediately guessed to register a fraud case with the bank, so after 1.5 months of proceedings, my bank canceled the transaction. These scammers are not going to return the money, who faced the same trouble - do not wait for a miracle, write to the bank and freeze the transaction.
Yesterday we were on a tour of Ancient Jerusalem (the "Christian" tour). The impressions are indescribable. Our guide was Dmitry Shapiro, a man with deep knowledge of history, geography and, in general, the culture of his people. We are very grateful for the time spent with great benefit, for so much we have seen and heard. I would like to mention Walid's very pleasant driver.
On 17.10.19 we went to Nazareth and Jordan with the guide Paul. I would like to thank you very much for an interesting tour. A real professional. I answered all the questions. He told me about the Biblical places in an interesting way. Thank you. An unforgettable experience of the trip.
I constantly use the services of the Atlantis company due to the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff. Please convey my gratitude to Olga and Tigran (Petah Tikva branch), as well as to the guide Ariel, who conducted a very erudite and organized excursion to the Dead Sea
Atlantis! You are great fellows! Thank you for your sincere attitude, attentiveness and tirelessness! Special thanks to the guides Alexander Grass, Igor (I don't remember the last name; wearing glasses) and Georg Yahiel for helping us fall in love with beautiful Israel. Professionals who love their job. Thanks from Valeria and Polina!
On January 3, I went on an excursion to Jerusalem, the city of three religions. Many thanks to our guide Irina Neelova for her extraordinary erudition and competent answer to any question.I really enjoyed the tour. Thanks!

Galilee is Christian. Nazareth. Rina and Nadim, thank you so much for the wonderful tour, positive energy, a lot of interesting, useful and easily digestible information. The day flew by in one breath, partly thanks to the delicious lunch, thanks to the restaurant staff.)
In general, the quintessence of spiritual and plocky, framed by Rina's intelligence and subtle humor, is wonderful.
Toda.
Alexander is from the hero city of Moscow.
Peace be upon you.
Jerusalem is a city of three religions.
Everything is fine too, except for one thing-nutrition:the fuss, the huge number of people, faster and faster, no kitchen. To be honest, I'm sorry for the time and money spent on lunch. I liked the tour itself. Irina and Nadim, thank you very much.
I want to express my great
gratitude to the guide Pavel.a professional.competently.interesting.patiently.I asked a lot of questions.I got answers to everything.I would like to meet with such a guide again.thank you very much to the company for such a competent and tactful employee.sincerely, L.G.chaplygin.Mr. Samara.trip 17.10.19 Nazareth

"Thank you" to Atlantis for spoiling your vacation. For trampling on our dream of visiting holy places. We have been planning to visit Israel for a long time, and we have organized our holidays well. We bought a tour "Jerusalem is a city of three religions". But we were simply not picked up at the place designated in the voucher at the appointed hour. We waited for an hour, but to no avail. No one contacted us, but why? Atlantis has already received the money. Just think, some Russian tourists. I wonder if that's how Europeans would be treated? When we contacted Atlantis ourselves, we were told that the bus was there, we were not there, the bus left. We were accused of paying and not going ourselves, probably to spite Atlantis. And they didn't even bother to prove their case to us. Of course, they refused to return the money. Scammers! We have not seen such rudeness in any of the travel companies. For comparison: when we were vacationing in Turkey two years ago, and we were not taken on a two-day tour from the hotel, the company unconditionally returned the money to us and offered any one-day excursion as compensation. At the same time, we were not forced to prove our innocence! So I advise you to think very carefully about whether to contact this travel agency. Scammers!!!

I visit Israel often and have already visited many attractions, I am very pleased with the organization, content, and guides with whom I have traveled. In the last two trips in June 2018, we set off from Atlantis. The first excursion was to Nazareth, Lake Kinneret, the Jordan and the holy places. The bus was an hour late. The guide Alik talked all the way there not about the shrines, but about his wife Julia (apparently, a holy woman) and repeatedly mentioned that he was personally an atheist (this is his right), told inappropriate jokes in this case. It is the guide who should create an atmosphere appropriate to the theme of the trip. The people on the bus were surprised by such a frivolous attitude to this event. Upon arrival at the facilities, the group often found itself abandoned and in order not to get into an unpleasant situation, we focused on the actions of other visitors. When visiting the souvenir shop, the guide did not warn that the group would not return to the bus, people left their belongings on the bus. We came to the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary without drinking water and shawls and capes for women prepared for this trip. The guard in the temple clearly performed his duties and did not let some people in, I had to cover myself with anything, my wife bought a shirt for bathing in the Jordan in the shop, and threw it over her shoulders. On the Jordan River, the guide waved his hand somewhere, apparently they plunge into the holy waters there and disappeared. It was good that there were Russian-speaking people around and explained where to change clothes and how to behave in this place, precious time was spent on this. In Nazareth, an elderly woman missed the bus, they did not wait for her, although the group did not mind waiting a little, her elderly companion with a stick also left the bus, stayed waiting. The lunch break was 9 hours after the start of the tour, before heading home. The second trip was to Lake Sakhne, just a transfer. The bus was late, we were stuck in traffic jams. They asked to pick us up later for the time that the bus was late, it was not there, we were refused and the bus arrived back on time. The guide led the group to the entrance and said that they would pick us up at the other exit at 16. It was our first time, and we were not oriented here, I rushed to catch up with the guide, so that at least he pointed in which direction the bus would be. On both trips, there were people who had already had experience traveling with Atlantis, everyone had something negative to tell. The first time can be attributed to a small problem, but in Atlantis it is a system. We traveled a lot with another tour operator (I will not name which one, otherwise they will say in Atlantis that I am a representative of a competitor and lied to their company), there is something to compare it with. Atlantis has a great website (which publishes only positive reviews) and a more informative advertising booklet, which we bought into. I am sure that not all trips are unsuccessful, but I will never buy a tour from Atlantis again and I will not advise anyone.
It has been far from the first year that I have been applying here for excursions and there has never been a time when a trip was shallowed or something like this unforeseen happened. The schedule is clear and works smoothly. You can really trust the company: the call center managers work flawlessly and answer any questions almost around the clock. The routes themselves are well planned – you just need to be there and hear these amazing stories of guides, it is impossible to forget them (respect to Mikhail and Boris). By the way, the topics are very different, you can choose according to your taste and interests.
I thank the guides Alexander Grass and Alexey (unfortunately, I did not specify my last name) for the excellent guided tours of Bethlehem and Jerusalem. Both are distinguished by excellent knowledge of the topic, correctness, and optimism.
Jerusalem is Christian, I really liked it despite the bad weather, rain and wind, the tour turned out to be interesting thanks to the guide Igor Sergeevich, I recommend it.
We were on a tour in Jerusalem. It is a great disappointment that we got to the guide Mikhail Malamud. He talked very tediously, communicated rudely, and cynically made fun of the Orthodox. Half the time he told me how good it was before, and how terrible it became. About gasoline prices and other nonsense. In general, I poisoned the whole trip. I don't know about the agency, but try not to get to it. The impression is very sad after a whole day with him. In each location, he leads the group to a place where he has an "agreement", openly calling himself "a chicken who carries golden testicles to sellers." In general, the impression is disgusting!
The guides are normal, but logistics are not to hell, we spend more time gathering people all over Israel than the tour itself, to the dead Sea in general 10 hours of travel and 4 hours there, it's no good, during the tour the operators have already eaten up, I don't think that English speakers are so served!
I ordered excursions to Jerusalem and Bethlehem from Atlantis. Both times the buses were late. On the second tour, I did not come at all to where I was originally promised. The buses are not marked in any way, I had to approach all the drivers and ask where they were going. At this travel agency, the drivers both times did not speak either Russian or English. We had to explain on our fingers what we want. They drive too sloppily, besides, they take all the tourists to the hotels for a long time. Both times, the guides spent a lot of time at souvenir shops to the detriment of the tour itself in order to get their kickbacks. The group is also recruited according to the maxim for greater profit, the feeling that everything is put on stream. In general, if you want to spend a lot of money to be taken to a gift shop, then Atlantis will suit you. If you are still going for information, it is better to find another travel agency.
So my vacation in Israel ended on 4 - 17.10.2018. My wife ordered 5 excursions. All excursions are booked at the Atlantis company atravel.co.il . Since this is not my first time in Israel with excursions, there is something to compare it with.
1. Transport – buses are clean, many have USB ports for charging phones.
2. Logistics – ALL five excursions were with transfers to other buses. The transfer took an average of 45 minutes for the tour and 45 minutes from the tour, i.e. an hour and a half of waiting. ALL five times the bus was 15-20 minutes late. ALL buses were fully filled, that is, 50-55 people. On foot through the narrow streets of Jaffa and Jerusalem, the group stretched out a lot, had to wait every time, and a third of the group simply did not hear what the guide was saying.
3. The excursion is the saddest thing here, as if I got to the congress of the party of pensioners. Everything is dry, boring as a carbon copy. All the guides "reported" that Israel is ahead of the planet in planting trees, desalination of water and simply grandiose construction. Their "science towns" employ outstanding scientists making unique discoveries, which reminds me of something. My questions, which were not related to the tour, were answered dryly and extremely reluctantly. I got the impression of censorship.
The last time I was in Israel on an excursion was five years ago. Compared to those excursions, this is heaven and earth. Previously, the guides told a lot of interesting things about the tour and about life, which made the tour lively and interesting. I like Israel, I like people. And such excursions spoil the whole impression.
It's ugly! I couldn't get through to the CALL CENTER for AN HOUR AND A HALF. Did your pipe burst and everyone ran to fix it? What if my tour was on this particular day? I want to get information and I can't- even howl. Who would like that? Please work on the quality of service!!! Now it's minus Atlantis, and then, hopefully, it will be better. You can handle it. Nobody needs dissatisfied customers, I think.
Most of the good ratings are screwed up, do not see each other friends, this tour is pure deception and does not deserve your attention, terrible service, and disregard for everything, do not waste your time!!!
Good afternoon.First, fix it, please, Atlanticist on Atlantis.Secondly, about the work of the company.1. The operators who answer the phone are not very kind and attentive. 2. "Docks" do not always connect in time.3. We were on 3 excursions:Haifa-Acre-Caesarea;Jerusalem-Bethlehem;Safari.We are delighted with Boris, the tour guide who led us around Jerusalem. He is a connoisseur of history and religion. An intellectual.Thank you.
