Friendly, hospitable staff. The 2-bed standard is quite spacious. Clear. Plumbing is normal. A good European breakfast. Quietly.
We have issued a local SIM card here, it is convenient.
Nearby there is a great cafe MarMar, where delicious pilaf is prepared.

Great hotel! Modern and clean, the room is on the card, good linen and normal plumbing. Delicious breakfast, beautiful grounds. They helped us out after another hotel blew a booking from a booking in the middle of the night, checked in, and checked in by morning - without our reminder. We were allowed to leave our things in the lobby until the evening flight after we checked out. We recommend it!

The location is very convenient, in the center, but on a quiet street. The noise of the city is not heard at all, while everything is nearby in 5 minutes - minimarkets, restaurants, cafes. The taxi arrives in 3-5 minutes.
There is a private parking.
It is spacious inside, both in the corridors and in the room.
I chose a superior room on the second floor, it is larger in size and slightly more expensive. View from the window to the courtyard.
There is a TV with SmartTV, kettle, minibar. The air conditioner works perfectly, creates coolness when it's scorching hot outside.
The sofa is large (+ unfolds), the bed is Kingsize.
Washing clothes is inexpensive, cheaper than in other places that I've come across. I gave away my things, they returned clean and ironed the next morning.
The buffet breakfast is until 10 a.m., the range of dishes allows you to have a hearty meal before the start of the day.
I didn't have any problems while I was staying here, but the staff is friendly and ready to help.
The rooms are cleaned thoroughly.
There is also a Tenge Bank ATM inside the hotel, and soft drinks and national souvenirs are sold.
Considering the price of the room and the location, I can recommend staying here!
The only caveat is Wi-Fi, it is stable, but the speed is low.

The hotel meets expectations, solid 3 stars, standard rooms, mattresses are too hard for an amateur, quiet, breakfasts : fried eggs, omelette, porridge, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, cottage cheese, sausages, a lot of sweets, you will not stay hungry. It's a long way to the subway.

A nice modern, comfortable hotel in a traditional area of Tashkent. It is equipped with everything necessary. The breakfast is varied, but it feels like there is not enough for everyone, very little, and if anything ends, they do not bring additional food and do not respond to requests, even they did not give milk to the children, although it was an hour and a half before the end of breakfast. Some local women came in for tea, ate a few sweets and the children naturally did not have enough ...
When asked to give a vase for flowers, they replied that there was no vase in the hotel!!!
But in general the staff is helpful and friendly.

Well, if you compare with similar hotels in Tashkent, then it's not the worst option, if with normal hotels, in principle, you can get a lot of things: there is wi-fi, but it is not very stable, given that the channels on the TV are not configured and you have to use YouTube, then in the evening there is not enough for everyone, between the rooms and the lobby where breakfast is served, there is a courtyard, in winter it is not very good to go to breakfast in outerwear, and the breakfast itself does not shine with variety, in case of a power outage (which happened), there is no generator, when leaving the room the electricity turns off, but return in the evening to the room heated the day before the condition of the oven is not very pleasant, the air conditioner at maximum power will cope with the history for at least an hour, current plumbing repairs, despite regular requests, are not performed, there is no need to talk about any confidentiality of your stay...In short, the administration has something to do. From the good: there are no complaints about cleaning, thanks for the bottle of water, very useful on a hot day... The location is probably three-dimensional- it seems like a good place, close to large central highways, but it is located deep in the blocks between them, surrounded by private houses of different levels and poorly lit streets and alleys - in the evening it is safe to walk, as they say, but unpleasant for sure...
