This bank has stolen 50 minutes of my most valuable time from me. The bank is full of people, and there is only one cash register. While waiting in line, it was quite possible to walk to the train station, exchange money and return. BUT the bank does not warn that customer service is too slow. The electronic queue is a deception of people. It seems that you are about to be called. But no. The administration goes shopping during business hours, and people are outraged by the overly slow operation of the bank. SHAME ON YOU!
