New equipment, the Fitness Center itself, BUT!, there are "little things" that already have a negative impact on work, and in the future it will only get worse if you don't fix the situation on time - Examples - ladders in showers are regularly clogged, and for several days in a row.. It's not exactly pleasant, to put it mildly, to wash in the shower up to your ankles in water, and even more so to see how the foam water from the next stall flows under your feet. The staff is mostly friendly, but there is a clear feeling that training on standards of behavior is simply necessary. I don't think that a fitness instructor lying on the simulator and dozing is the best motivator for classes, as well as a half-dressed (literally half-dressed uniform trousers) locker room worker playing mobile games on the phone when the showers are just screaming for them to be removed...
