We stayed at this hotel for a day. At a low price per room, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. The room is clean, 4 good towels per person, toilet, shower, TV, air conditioning in the room. A comfortable bed. A full and delicious breakfast for two cost 450 rubles. Friendly staff. We wish you continued prosperity and continued to keep the brand!

It's a decent place to stay for the night. A new building, a very good kitchen, if you don't think of yourself as a restaurant critic.
Parking, swimming pool - everything is available, there is an unequipped BBQ area, but I hope that this will be done over time.

We rested at the beginning of September. Upon arrival, we were met by the receptionist, who informed us that check-in is from 12 o'clock, and we arrived earlier, we will need to pay extra for early check-in. We also have to pay for food, because we are late for tomorrow. Entering the room, I came across a bunk bed when my husband and I arrived together. Going further, there is mold on the walls, which was covered with a table. The bathroom door is covered in stains. There is no soap, no hair dryer. You need to go for a hair dryer all the time by yourself, and then take it back. To wash things for a fee. And we also had an incident that shocked us. Robbers tried to enter our room at night. They robbed one of the rooms. And when they wanted to come to our room, thank God we woke up. We initially thought it was someone with the wrong number. We could not have thought that such a situation could happen. And in the morning we learned about the incident from the neighbors. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel. The kitchen is not very well fed porridge and eggs in any form in the morning.

I liked the hotel itself, there is a swimming pool, 15-20 minutes to the sea, not far from the bus stop. There are questions for the hostess of this hotel, our room has not been cleaned once in 7 days. Porridge for breakfast is thin, delicious chicken soup. Regarding the paid meals, we had breakfast, I call the hostess of this hotel and say, can we have dinner and I'll just pay extra, I said no, they will assemble a lunch box for you, I say well, in the end, they put 5 pancakes, 3 boiled eggs, 1 tomato and 2 small cucumbers in a regular bag, and their breakfast costs 400 rubles per person, and for three it is 1200 rubles. On the day of departure, keep in mind that the transfer will pick you up 5-6 hours earlier and your meals will be lost. Vera is a very good administrator.

How wonderful it was to spend a vacation in August 2023 (08/14/24/08) at the Atrio Hotel in Gudauta! My daughter and I were completely delighted with this place.
The Atrio Hotel is located near the sea in a 10-minute walk, if desired, you can ask - they will take you without problems. The room we were provided with was very cozy, comfortable, and modern. There is a refrigerator, which is not a little important, air conditioning, TV, very comfortable beds, wardrobe, toilet, shower in the room. Everything was clean and tidy, and the interior of the room left only positive emotions.
But the most important thing that made our stay unforgettable is the excellent administration of the Atrio Hotel in the person of Natalia Anatolyevna. A very kind and caring woman, she helped us with any questions and provided all the necessary information about local attractions and entertainment. Thank you very much, Natalia Anatolyevna!
We also appreciated her professionalism and ability to create a homely atmosphere in the hotel. Her hospitality and care for each guest were at the highest level.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Atrio Hotel. We highly recommend this place for everyone who wants to relax in a cozy and beautiful environment and get the most pleasant impressions from their vacation.
In addition, the Atrio Hotel has a beautiful swimming pool where you can cool off on a hot day and enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding nature. And there are excellent chefs (hello, girls!) who prepare dishes for every taste and offer guests a variety of menu options. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. Good afternoon to all, I want to share my impressions of the holiday!
I was vacationing with a young man, it's not the first time in Abkhazia, the hotel is very good! Let's start with the check-in, we were met by a wonderful receptionist Natalia, who immediately checked us into our room, told us everything and showed us. The room is very nice, stylish, everything you need is there, TV , mirror, large double bed, towels, everything in general! There is a swimming pool and a dining room on site! The pool is good, big enough, there are enough sun beds for everyone! The dining room is also very tasty, the prices are affordable, it is very convenient that you can eat at any time of the day! There is a grocery store nearby. The sea is close enough, it takes 10 minutes to walk, but the road is a pleasure, very picturesque streets, you can take pictures at every step, so the road to the sea is not felt at all ..!
We rested for exactly a week and there was not a single problem during the week!
Through the administrator Natalia, you can book various excursions, we went on a horse ride, we were very satisfied! Thanks to the Atrio Hotel for a wonderful stay!

We had a rest in this wonderful place in August, a nice cozy hotel!) It is located not far from the sea. It is quite quiet and peaceful here, which allows you to take a break from all the fuss. A good place, quiet and peaceful, my wife and I really liked what we need for a vacation, the owners are pleasant, they will tell you without any problems and even take you. The location is good, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the sea, 10 minutes to the market and 10 minutes to the bus station from where you can go anywhere, too. The rooms are new, clean, the area is calm, I liked Gudauta the most out of all Abkhazia.

Good afternoon to everyone, I want to enjoy my rest in this hotel, the fact that you have to get more than 5 hours is fine, we arrived on arrival and that we were met without electricity, well, that's okay, the room is not well made, but there are a lot of animals in the room ants cockroaches are constantly sawing something, there was no cleaning in the room for 7 days, the sanitation is complete rotovirus I do not recommend this hotel to be guaranteed in any case

Nice hotel. It is located near the railway station. At the same time, trains do not interfere with sleep, they are almost inaudible. We were at the hotel in the second half of July. A small room with its own shower and toilet. Everything is new and modern, which undoubtedly pleased me. The only thing missing was a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. There is also an air conditioner, it is very saving. There is a kitchen on site where they will feed you deliciously and quite budget-friendly: we took breakfast with my husband once - 200 rubles per person and dinner once - 300 rubles. The hotel is located about a kilometer from the beach, but you can walk in a straight line, in 20-25 minutes without hurrying at all. Overall, I liked the hotel.

The hotel is new. But there are shortcomings. The sewer was not properly designed and laid. Sometimes a stink comes into the room. Otherwise, it seems to be normal. Kitchen for 4 - almost everything that is cooked well.

The hotel is clean, new, but the sea is 20 minutes away and the road is only for cars, there is no pedestrian zone. I wouldn't have chosen the second time because of the location!

I do not recommend anyone to go not only to this guest house, but also to Gudauta in general. Not a city, but an abandoned, unkempt village. Everywhere there are abandoned buildings, unsanitary conditions, devastation, dirt. Rotavirus infections are constant companions of unsanitary conditions. People are sick with their families, rest turns into a continuous nightmare and torment. In such a situation, there is no time for the beauties of nature and not for the gentle, warm sea. We must pay tribute to justice - and the people in Abkhazia are very responsive, and the sea is wonderful, and the nature is divine!
