I liked the hotel. Good location, large cozy area. The rooms are large, with good furniture and plumbing. TV, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning - everything works. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, plus drinking water also daily. The staff is polite. In general, I liked everything.

We stayed at the hotel for one night on a business trip.
Since we didn't have much time to see the city, the question of the location remains subjective, but it seemed to be excellent.
There is a bus stop nearby, various establishments, a shop.
The hotel grounds, hall, corridors are clean and well maintained.
The room is spacious, bright, the furniture is fresh, the carpet is clean.
The bathroom is also excellent. Comfortable mattress and pillow, blackout curtains.
The only thing is that in the evening there was no hot water from the word at all. She showed up this morning.
The staff is friendly and courteous. We arrived a little earlier, we were settled without any problems.
Breakfasts are a fairly large assortment of buffets, while it is classic.
In general, we were satisfied with the food.
The overall result is that we boldly recommend this hotel with our colleagues not only for business trips, but also for recreation. If we are passing through Atyrau, we will definitely choose it.
