Terrible airport with no service I have ever seen. Restrooms are ugly as sh*t. No restaurants, cafes or just even a fast food court. This city should definitely have one of the best airports in Kazakhstan on the rights of “the Kazakhstan’s oil-gas capital”. I’m really surprised meantime frustrated. Reach country with poor cities and people. Fantastic.
