The center is large, beautiful, but I turned to a specialist from the spare parts department, there sat such a full, bright uncle, already aged 55 +, did not remember his full name, who with such unprofessionalism, incompetence and unwillingness to help solve the problem of cars, a disregard attitude, completely ruined my whole attitude to the official dealer on Independence.
To the question of who else can I talk to at the dealer about my problem, I do not know the answer!!!((( , darkness!! So get to such an incompetent specialist.
I won't say for the whole center, most likely the rest are normal, adequate guys who can delve into the problem and try to solve it. The image of the entire center is spoiled by one non-specialist ...!!
The management of the center should pay attention to the weak link in the company and take measures to those who are tired and lazy to work

The building is standard for car dealerships of audi centers, the staff is attentive. It is a pity that there is nothing to buy, there is no supply of new cars.
Excellent service. They explained everything clearly and competently. I stop by the service on my way, if I had the opportunity to work on a regular basis, it would be cool!!! Respect to all employees! :)

I have a long history with the Audi Center. Everything is like the Russian Orthodox Church there. You have to believe ..... Believe that the original RF was installed, the original oils were poured. Etc... Knowing our people, it is difficult to believe in it.....

Prices for the cosmos car wash. At the same time, after THAT, do not wash the car for the price of the apartment. Or it's trivial not to talk to the client normally about the condition of an almost new car.. so-so service. There are a lot of show-offs, it's not much use. Learn from Atlanta on Denisovskaya Street! The best guys are there, always with a positive attitude, they will always look at everything and tell you, and they will treat you to coffee, and after that they will also put wet branded napkins :) This is a service! And cars are much cheaper..
An amazing center where no one is interested in you at all. There are a lot of people, everyone is sleeping, having lunch while you wait for half an hour and they are also late after it. While they were waiting, they didn't even offer to sit down.
Maybe it's the same everywhere in Minsk and you shouldn't expect anything more, but it's strange

For the first time in a very long time, I am disappointed in choosing a car, or rather its brand! The dealer turned out to be a crook, not issuing documents for warranty repairs, and after insistent demands for 2 hours, he issued documents instead of a guarantee for commercial diagnostics. The appeal was about intermittently non-working cameras and vibration during driving. But even in the issued documents, only computer diagnostics for errors are indicated. No test trips to check the transmission! It's easier for Audi to get rid of the warranty than to fix the problems! And if the client is "smart" and requires documents for work under warranty, then the dealer "changes shoes" on the fly and, insuring against possible claims, issues documents for commercial diagnostics, which allegedly found nothing. No computer diagnostic report was issued. Transmission inspection report too!
