I visited the airport in the waiting area while refueling the plane on the flight to Cambodia. Clean, there is a cafe, lots of seats. Of the minuses, there are few outlets for charging the phone, there is a queue for 30 minutes in the women's toilet 😀

We flew from Russia to Vietnam with a docking in Taraz. It's good that there is such an opportunity. We were only in the buffer zone, quite modestly, but there is a clean toilet and a buffet. Still, there would be more sockets (otherwise only in the toilet and a couple of them for the whole hall)

Well, I finally found the opportunity to leave a comment about our airport!!! Let's start with taxi drivers, in Moscow they don't charge like our taxi drivers, it's better to let more buses here! I always fly to work through Astana, so departure is always at the same time, at 08.00 in the morning, that is, registration begins at 06.30, it is necessary to leave home at 05.30 in the morning, acquaintances and friends will not always agree to take you so early, and with taxi drivers it is always stressful! And now they did it even earlier ((( On my last flight, I was very upset about the maintenance staff, because they took the carding fork from me, they didn't really explain anything, they took it away, as if they decided to profit from it! AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE PLANE ALWAYS TAKES OFF 30-40 MINUTES LATE! Peace and goodness to all!

Prices are lower than at Russian airports, allowing you to sleep on benches as refueling takes at least two hours. Don't be afraid to oversleep you will be woken up)

The only thing I noticed is that they won't let you through there without a boarding pass (in printed form), but if you don't have it, it doesn't matter, they will print it out for you at passport control without any problems.

Upon arrival, I wanted coffee in the morning. There are two points at the entrance. I chose the bigger one. I was wrong. The barista is friendly, but you can see little experience. No offense, but it's not tasty (I often drink and have something to compare it with). But that's not the point. You can learn how to cook delicious food.
The point is the lack of client orientation and politeness among his colleagues. To put it mildly, at a weak level. As soon as I bought coffee and sat down at a table, all the tables and chairs began to be silently cleaned, including the table at which I sat down, leaving me perplexed, since everything was done in silence))
And only after the question was answered with fatigue and reluctance that they closed at 8 a.m. (it was about 7.50 on the clock when I bought coffee). Unfortunately, they did not warn about this before the purchase. And after that, they did it with the message - "get out of here, you can't see we're closing." He left a full cup of coffee on the counter and left. There was no question of a refund. There was no point in being indignant. The best way is to warn the same guests of the city as me.
