A great place to relax with your family. Everything is planned and done wisely. The staff is very friendly, the service is at a high level. The cleanliness is perfect both in the territory and in the yurts. The yurts are perfectly equipped inside (appliances, decoration and especially design). They don't save money on heating the water in the pool (even it's a little hot). It would not be bad to put more fish in the pond, I would be willing to pay for the fish caught by the kilogram. For some guests, fishing can be an important component.

I took off the star for the leaking shanyrak in the yurt, there was heavy rain on arrival and it was felt immediately in the yurt. What I liked was the kitchen! It was very tasty and varied, breakfasts were included in the price, there was plenty to choose from! The water park is good, crowded, of course, but it's like everywhere else. The area is very green, there is a place to wander, look at a small collection of retro cars. There is a stable, horse rental in the arena, a playground, a shooting range, a fishing pond, a very pleasant place!

We were disappointed that the kitchen in the cafe is open in the evening until 9:00. We didn't have time to have dinner. We left the SPA at 8, while we were dressed, dried off - we came to the cafe - the kitchen does not accept orders, and you can not take food with you. It is very far and expensive to order. I had to look for the nearest shops and cafes - and they are not close. We marked a slide with tubes, there we were met by a not very friendly girl who yelled at everyone - it was not pleasant to listen to their money or. Some visitors left because of her rudeness. There are few tunings for such a price. We arrived in the morning, and still we had to wait - and stand in line for tubing.
In general, the impressions from the SPA center itself are good, for 4 out of 5. I recommend
I do not recommend slides - the prices are too high, the conditions are not very good!

We visited several times during the summer of 2023. Both adults and children really liked the place. You can take a walk, an interesting beautiful territory, there is entertainment for children.
A great place to swim. I really liked the dive into the pool directly from the sauna, and the fact that the Children's pools are next to adults and it is convenient to look after the child. I like the fact that there are both outdoor and indoor pools.
I would like more slides not very scary))) The adult slide into the pool turned out to be a little scary for me, although I love them very much. I do not lower the score, since not all of these slides like.
⚠️Important! During the season, it is necessary to book places in the pools in advance, as they are limited in number, and there may not be places if you arrive.
If the quality, cleanliness and service will be maintained, we will be happy to drive more
I can't say anything about food - I haven't eaten yet, I haven't ordered.
Plus, there is a shower outside. There are "not enough" showers for everyone in the locker room if there are many people at the same time. But there are alternatives nearby.
Parking is available, quite decent.

Of the cons: you can't hear yourself playing very loud music by the pool, especially on the sun beds next to the speakers, it's extremely unpleasant to be there. Tired infrastructure: The wooden floors at the lower pool are rotten and need to be replaced, as well as the wooden canopies in all saunas. The large window in the thermal sauna has probably not been washed for several years. There is very hot air in the gaps between the canopy boards and it is uncomfortable to sit on it. A loose mosaic in the indoor pool, not working dez.the barrier at the exit from the changing rooms to the pools, etc. Needs to be repaired and everything will be fine.

THE SPA IS DISGUSTING!! Firstly, they modestly keep silent here that they have reconstruction and steam rooms do not work (it seems until the end of summer). I came in at 10:30. I spent half an hour inside the SPA looking for where to buy water. Everything is closed. For lunch, I searched for 20 minutes for a waiter, found and asked for a menu. The SPA menu is limited (there is nothing to eat except fast food). The barbecue is cooked for 40 minutes. I decided to go eat outside the SPA. Now pay attention. YOU CAN'T LEAVE THE SPA!!! In general, if you come in, then enjoy the disgusting service and fast food. Well, such little things as flies, there is a stable very close to the SPA with the appropriate smells.

A great place for a family vacation. They were renting a yurt. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the territory, rooms, and pools! Water in heated pools. Very hearty breakfasts and entrance to the water park are included in the rental price of the yurt. Upon check-in at 5 p.m., you can stay at the water park from 10 a.m. There are paid tents in the water park where you can eat and relax. Very attentive girls at the reception. In summer, after a whole day of rest, there is nowhere to even have dinner, all bars and restaurants close early. Even for residents, there is no opportunity for a late dinner for any money. The bed linen is in poor condition, the sheets are short and dilapidated. One towel in the yurt, no robes. The pools are neglected, the upper edge of the pool has a dirty and very dirty film all over the pool on the walls. Cleanliness is a different concept for everyone... But there is a hotel technique and sanitary norms!!! Please strive to improve the level of service!!! I give 3 stars, only for the location and place!! Change the manager!!

We rented a yurt, so we enjoyed all the benefits of the complex - there is a water park for children, very warm pools, a mini zoo, a good playground, horseback riding, delicious food (especially the baursaks are very lush, there are no such in the city, and chak-chak). The cost of food is like in the establishments of the city, plus or minus. At the same time, the territory is compact and everything is well maintained. One of the disadvantages is the lack of normal spa water in the shower, and flies in the yurt prevented sleep))

Free access to the SPA center is provided to the yurt. All the steam rooms are not big, but there are three of them - a hammam, a sauna and a steam room. The indoor pool is small and there are few sun loungers.
Plus one star for the idea of an outdoor warm pool with direct access to a detached sauna building! That is, diving from the street you will find yourself in a warm sauna!!! Be careful, the upper sun beds are sagged!!!
The staff is about the level of a taup, on a C grade.
The kitchen is also three points higher.
The territory is huge, there is a Playground on the street, all covered in snow, i.e. not cleaned.
Slide. There is a shepherd dog at the checkout, which will force you to buy a ticket for yourself and children from 3 years old, I would check the legality of such requirements! And she will also tell you a fairy tale that there are enough tubing for everyone! - do not believe this is an impudent lie! There are only 10-12 of them. And no one will share it with you!)) that is, you just stand in line for up to half an hour! But the Slide itself is a thrill! The idea is great! But the service has a lot to improve))

But I highly recommend not visiting the pool - it's a quiet horror, there's a lot of hair in the water, the pool is poorly cleaned, girls are not forced to collect their hair. Flies are constantly flying, there are just thousands of them, they sit on you, fly around you, you constantly drive them away, but it's not much use. The pool restaurant has 10 flies above/on each table. The service is disgusting, we waited for food for 1 hour not at rush hour, went to eat at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. An extremely unpleasant pool.
