In the shower, the water is poorly regulated and besides, there was no pressure three times during the week of arrival, a thin trickle. The staff is also not responding. TV - the menu is all in Chinese! And only on the fourth day they set it up, but they stupidly turn off their lives. There is a gap. The sconces on the walls blink like light music... Breakfast is almost always delayed, you also have to wait and crowd like a musician. We walked from the fifth floor 2 times, it is not realistic to go down by elevator. Requests by Number - air conditioning, TV, shower, sconces refer to some masters... Which are not in place, then you just can't wait! By the way, breakfast plates stink with an unwashed rag. I received the following response to the remark - "we'll wash it tomorrow." I forgot to add the refrigerator turns off as soon as the key card is pulled out. That is, if you have two cards for two, then you will have to leave one card because the refrigerator will not work without it! There are no complaints about cleaning and fresh towels. Everything is clean and fresh. The women are doing their best. But for the rest, the five-point score is 0 out of 5. I do not recommend it. Don't waste your nerves and money.
