A young hotel, in the process of expansion and renovation (part of a textile factory in Soviet times). He loves delegations from China very much, they even made a separate floor with rooms for them. The price tag is biting for October 2022, something like $ 70-90 per night. Breakfast is included, a swimming pool (which I was told about after a week of stay), a gym, a hammam. According to the room itself: a huge bed, a soft mattress, a giant blanket, 4 pillows. It's a thrill to sleep. A TV without smart TV, but there are Russian channels, if that's important to someone. There is an air conditioner and a mini fridge that turns off when you leave🙁 The bathroom is large, there are gels, shampoos, cream after washing, a tooth.brushes without paste. 4 towels. The water is working properly (any) The service is average, but I think they will swing) Oleg will help and tell you everything at breakfast, they will always carry a suitcase to the room upon arrival. Of the cons: dead WiFi, screaming cleaners in the lobby in the morning with a national music column, and imperfectly thick walls, you can hear and feel the snoring of a neighbor behind the wall. Tip: it's better to take and live in rooms on the right side, the Windows of which look into the courtyard, because other rooms without windows, more precisely with windows on the ceiling))

I usually don't write reviews, but I would like to warn you. Checked in for 3 nights. They never cleaned it or even brought water. On the second day in the morning, I asked to at least take out the trash and bring bottled water, but even that was not done. Only the night before departure, after my call with a claim to the reception, the cleaner and the receptionist came. They took out the trash and brought water. The breakfasts are very meager. It definitely doesn't pull at 4 stars. In principle, everything has been done for the Chinese. Their food, their language, and themselves are the vast majority. The room itself is not bad. The furniture is normal, except for the lack of sockets. The wire from the kettle is very short, and the only available outlet by the bed is located too high. It's very strange. The receiver for switching cable channels is located behind the TV and only the administrator managed to pull it out and hung it because of a short wire on the lamp, which, by the way, did not work. In general, 3 with a minus.

I want to warn future customers about this supposedly three-star hotel. I'll start from the beginning... There are 2 elevators on 5 floors, one strictly for the Chinese and the second for other visitors... And that's why it's a queue! We have to crowd around the elevator and wait a long time. The air conditioning in the room is not regulated, just the air is racing. The staff does not respond to complaints. In the shower, the water is poorly regulated and besides, there was no pressure three times during the week of arrival, a thin trickle. The staff is also not responding. TV - the menu is all in Chinese! And only on the fourth day they set it up, but they stupidly turn off their lives. There is a gap. The sconces on the walls blink like light music... Breakfast is almost always delayed, you also have to wait and crowd like a musician. We walked from the fifth floor 2 times, it is not realistic to go down by elevator. Requests by Number - air conditioning, TV, shower, sconces refer to some masters... Which are not in place, then you just can't wait! By the way, breakfast plates stink with an unwashed rag. I received the following response to the remark - "we'll wash it tomorrow." I forgot to add the refrigerator turns off as soon as the key card is pulled out. That is, if you have two cards for two, then you will have to leave one card because the refrigerator will not work without it! There are no complaints about cleaning and fresh towels. Everything is clean and fresh. The women are doing their best. But for the rest, the five-point score is 0 out of 5. I do not recommend it. Don't waste your nerves and money. For that kind of money, there are many other good places that match the requests. I wrote the whole truth, which I did not respect. The hotel and staff are not ready for visitors. And the front door to the hotel (the turntable) broke on the second day. Well, no one was stuck at that moment.
