The hotel staff is attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Excellent receptionist, Walida (just the soul of the hotel!). She will tell you, advise you, and help you reserve a table at the restaurant.
The rooms are clean, smells nice, towels, water change, room cleaning - daily.
The breakfasts are delicious and varied, excellent watermelons and melons, delicious coffee and a delicious biscuit.
The room is spacious, with a balcony.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the center. The location allows you to fully relax, avoiding the noise from the street. Baku is a city where you want to walk and observe the combination of modern architecture and authentic buildings. There is a beautiful avenue around the corner.
My favorite hotel in Baku.
Not far from the center, near public transport stops in all directions of Baku. Nizami metro station is within walking distance.
The hotel is not big, but cozy. A chamber setting. The rooms have everything you need for a stay.
Clear.
I would like to mention the nutrition separately. An excellent range of dishes for every taste. A large assortment of fruits.
Friendly staff. They speak all languages. They can meet you at the airport and order a taxi at your request.
They will tell you where , where and how.
I always want to come back.
I really liked the service, the staff, the cleanliness, the rooms. Many thanks to Valida!
Not much is not convenient, there is no grocery store nearby, we walked a little far. And there is a problem with VTB ATMs, there are no exchangers nearby either.
A small, very cozy and beautiful hotel. The staff is wonderful, helpful, and mostly speak Russian. For all my exactingness, there is absolutely nothing to find fault with. The breakfast is delicious, quite sufficient. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The city center is 20-25 minutes on foot, a little less by taxi. And we walked and drove. If you call a taxi, it's very cheap, 160-180 rubles for our money. I would like to thank Administrator Walida separately. This is the first time I've met such a sunny, kind, responsive and open person. The next time I come to Baku, I will definitely choose this hotel. Çox sağ olun , Walida! Çox sağ olun, Auroom! görüşənədək!!!
We were at the hotel from 01.11.24 to 09.11.24. We really liked the hotel, excellent service, responsive and helpful staff. The hotel is clean, cozy, quiet, it is important to me that there is no noise from the street, although the windows overlook the street, it was quiet, considering that we left the window open at night.
We were with the baby for 1 year.
Everything went great!
Cleanliness, order, good breakfasts.
The staff is wonderful!
She loves children.
Elchin, Walida, Fatma khanim, I just don't know the names of the others - çok sağ olun!
The location is convenient.
I recommend it!
When visiting Baku - only there!
We chose a tour to Baku and the travel agency provided us with places in this hotel. The hotel is very warm, after renovation, the staff tries very hard to make everyone feel comfortable, they are very courteous. The rooms are clean, snow-white linen, refrigerator, kettle, safe, hairdryer is available. Everything is beautiful in the dining room, too, tables with flowers, a TV with unobtrusive music and dishes, I would say homemade, there are not so many of them, but everything is done with soul, tasty and nutritious. Thank you for the comfort. Prosperity and grateful guests to the whole team!!!!!!!
Not a bad hotel, but located far from the center. The staff is mostly friendly, but does not speak Russian. The rooms are clean, but the smell is suffocating! There is no restaurant as such, there is only a brekfest room. There are practically no Europeans among the hotel's guests. Most of the guests are Hindus, Pakistanis, etc., who consider it possible to come to breakfast in outerwear and hats. The staff does not comment on this to anyone. An amazing order for four stars.
A cozy city hotel. The staff is hospitable, unobtrusive, ready to help in everything. The rooms are clean. Only bathrobes and dental kits are missing, everything else is there, tea, coffee and water in the room. Breakfast buffet. The breakfasts are very good, lots of vegetables, sliced, rolls. Porridge, cottage cheese.
I recommend it, they are very responsive, I have stopped more than once.. Thanks to the most helpful Valida.. Appreciate your employee) she probably came back to your hotel because of her.. Thank you for the warm welcome
Very beautiful and cozy hotel Auroom Baku.
Beautiful rooms, cleanliness and order, delicious breakfasts - all this is Auroom Baku. The staff is very friendly. Any issue is resolved within 5 minutes. General Manager Farhad and administrator Walida are very good-natured and hospitable!
The hotel is located in a beautiful location. The street is quite busy, because opposite the hotel there is a restaurant with excellent cuisine, a pretentious place in the city, fashionable among young people, but thanks to cozy furniture and sleeping accessories you sleep like a baby!
Breakfast is included in the price. Very decent. Several types of sausages and cheese, vegetables, fruits, porridge, eggs, pancakes, omelette, pastries, brewed coffee and much more. The manager asked every day if we liked everything, maybe we want something different?!
The rooms are spacious, cozy, floor-to-ceiling windows create a special atmosphere of relaxation. Cleaning is daily, towels are changed every day, slippers are changed every other day. Water in the room.
It is more convenient to call a taxi through the uber app, most of the interesting places, such as the funicular, the carpet Museum, the Old City of Baku, Nizam Square, are 12-15 minutes away from this hotel, and it costs a maximum of 2-3 AZN.
Across the busy road there is a small convenience store and a mini market.
Our vacation left a lot of positive emotions, we will definitely return to Auroom Baku.
Nice hotel, clean, cleaning is regular, but it smells like sewage. The main plus is the correct operation of the air conditioner (in hotels in the center of Baku, this is a problem), it is far from the center, in general 2.5 km is not a problem, but it is inconvenient for tourists who like to walk, in addition to the fact that there is no normal sidewalk and pedestrian crossings, you have to make a detour. The breakfasts are so-so, it could be improved, but it's also not bad for Baku, judging by reviews from other hotels. In general, this is not Turkey and not Europe, but something in between, as in all post-Soviet countries
This is an amazing place, amazing people :) My maximum recommendation.
We moved here after another terrible hotel and it was in the days of F1, we were very lucky to have a room. The guys kindly allowed me to stop by earlier and you can take breakfast in the room if you suddenly don't have time. Everyone is always as polite and friendly as possible. The rooms are clean, everything is new, nice. The place is quiet and amazing.
A chic hotel, good breakfasts, excellent staff, clean rooms without a flaw.
A strong minus is that it is far from the center, but it does not allow to underestimate the estimate.
Alas, I forgot to take a photo. But I highly recommend it
P.s. The staff does not know Russian
A quiet hotel with friendly staff opposite a delicious cafe.

It needs repair. There are problems with the sewerage, there is a smell in the bathrooms. There are no complaints about the staff, everyone is friendly, the pastels are changed every other day. Cleaning every day.
The staff is super, the hotel is clean and not shabby, everything is shiny. The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious and in a sufficient number of dishes.
Nice, modern hotel, with spacious rooms. Very polite, Russian-speaking staff, always ready to help. There is also a refrigerator and a kettle in the room, which is very convenient. There is a large supermarket nearby.
