We had a rest at this hotel, we returned only yesterday. The first impression of the hotel was good - pleasant, smiling staff, clean rooms. But then it became more interesting, after 2 days, one of those smiling hotel employees came up to us - the manager, but only from smiling and friendly he turned into a small rude gnome with a claim. The claim was that they allegedly could not wash the stains from the sheets and pillowcases (referring to the fact that the wife had black hair and they dyed the bedclothes). But let's go back to the beginning of that beautiful day, after cleaning the room, we returned to the hotel and there were already these stains, but the bed smelled fresh and was ironed, we did not dwell on it, because we came to relax, not to swear . But the staff had other plans). Naturally, we started trying to prove that this was completely absurd, but this little man with psychos ran into his office, opening the door with his foot . After that , we became smarter and upon arrival in the room , after cleaning , we started checking everything and then op) the bed was dirty again, but then naturally we turned to the miracle manager so that he could see it and they replaced it for us . Yes, the bed was changed for us , but again it was dirty ) but it was to our advantage, and we did not have to pay for what we did not spoil in 1000 baht. And by the way, this was the last time we had our bed linen changed, we slept on the same bed for the rest of the vacation, we just came and made the bed. After that , all the smiling people did not even look in our direction . There will be a crown now - the room was cleaned by the same maid. Before going for a walk, we read the remaining money (they were not in the safe, because there is only one name from the safe), on our return we decided to take a certain amount of money, but there was no money in the pocket where the money was..they were in another pocket and 10,000 rubles were missing, it was a shock. We started checking other things, there was no branded T-shirt, which I took off only yesterday at that time. To say that we were shocked is to say nothing, but let's remember the situation with the bed linen, we would not have proved anything, a foreign country and none of the staff spoke Russian, we communicated with sign language and an interpreter throughout the rest. We were there for 11 nights and every day, day after day, construction work began at 8:00 , next to another hotel. The audibility was as if drilled over the ear. Water was brought to the room from the declared 2 bottles per day, only 1 each day with a volume of 0.5. Towels were also changed 1 of 2. Hand towels were not changed at all.
Of the advantages, only the location , 5 minutes to the sea, 10 minutes to Bangla, supermarkets are also within walking distance. Before you come here, think 100 times. You can choose a better and cheaper hotel. Have a good rest, better than ours.

We visited in October 2024, and the hotel was generally satisfied. The staff was friendly. The breakfasts, which are paid separately, were very satisfying, and I ate my fill. The room itself is average, without frills. By the end of the trip, we also checked out the bidet. Bottled water is placed near the sink for brushing teeth (since it is highly undesirable to drink tap water). Cleaning took place every day, the dirt under the bed and other hidden places were not cleaned. There is no sound insulation as such. But the hotel itself is far from noisy places, so there won't be much to worry about at night. And repairs in the morning, maybe in the afternoon.
The restaurant at the hotel is quite expensive, so I advise you to have lunch/dinner in other places.
By the way, the restaurant/hotel is run by two Austrians. Therefore, there will be menus and notifications for guests in German and English.

Great hotel. Very friendly attitude of the management and staff. Daily cleaning service. Nice pool. Good location. An excellent restaurant with a wide selection of European dishes and desserts. We have been staying there for the third year. I recommend.
