You see, they just leave a technical passport! From that moment on, a series of nervous reproaches began, from "I put the car in the wrong place" to teaching me document management. It ended with a denial of service, to which he was sent in a well-known direction. I prefer to pay money to those who know how to do business, rather than "bartering". In fact, because of the stupidity of this receptionist, you lost a client with whom you had previously agreed on work for 2,600 rubles. I advise the employee to heal his nerves and at the same time increase the level of knowledge of the standard, and not ask the client to "show where it says ..." PS. You are obliged to place an order and give it to the client as a fact of transfer of AM; you do not have the right to withdraw TP; the act of completed work is only a fixation of the service rendered in the final. PPS. Answer yourself the question - why should I be scared to leave an AM with a TP to strangers without a single confirmation? Because that's what everyone does? Well, it's a circus.
I removed the EGR valve. When trying to reflash, a problem with the control unit was found, which is why the volume of work increased greatly, and the amount increased slightly (even with additional work, the amount is cheaper than the initial one at other service stations). I am satisfied with the result.
I did chip tuning here, 2 years ago, everything was done perfectly - quickly, I was offered a choice of 2 firmware, chose one, then asked to fill in a more powerful one, everything was done without question!
