We arrived at the car wash today, the waiting time was 2.5 hours, we offered a VIP car wash for 23,000 without waiting in line, we promised to wash it in a maximum of 1.5 hours. They arrived after 3 hours, the car was still being washed, they finished only after 30 minutes, in total, it took them 3.5 hours to wash.
When paying at the checkout, they asked why it took so long, to which the girl rudely replied that "actually, we have a queue", they clarified that we were promised to wash in 1.5 hours, to which she also said rudely "deal with the administrator", whom it is unclear where to find. As a result, we received a terribly washed, washed car according to a VIP car wash package for 23,000 tenge, although the red price of such a car wash is 5,000 tenge. We have not received apologies from anyone, the mood is spoiled. The most terrible car wash, at a very inflated cost. I don't recommend it.
