I restored the steering rack in October of 23 years, after 2 months I started tapping, I was pulled up. A month has passed, the knock came again, the knock was pulled up, but I barely turn the steering wheel, they said 2 weeks and it will work out. Half a year has passed, no changes, so there was also a knock. The repair cost 740 rubles.
The new one cost 700 rubles.

The problem was in the cylinder head gaskets. Instead of the promised week, it was repaired for a month and a half. As a result, the timing was not set according to the labels. Well, etc.
And the manager speaks beautifully. Almost the entire engine was not sorted out because of the gasket.

I came to repair their air conditioner, asked them to coordinate the volume and cost of work after diagnosis, but they did not coordinate the repair with me, they just confronted me with the fact: "take it away! That'll be 285p!" Everything would be fine, but after a couple of days the air conditioner stopped cooling, after another visit they charged me another 100 rubles, once again without agreeing on the cost of the work!) This time the air conditioner worked for about 2 weeks, and again I returned to these guys, but I have already expressed my indignation! The specialist who carried out the repair, except for "you just have an old car", did not come up with anything to say. He refused to resolve the issue normally, after which I had to write in the comments book and planned to contact the authorities. Only after that, trying to bargain with me, he deigned to reimburse the funds I spent on the air conditioner that was not working as a result!)
I do not recommend it!!!

The service is disgusting! I turned to them in March with the problem of tripping the engine and vibration on the body at idle. For more than a month, local specialists tried to find the reason. They removed the injectors several times, took them to all the stands in Brest for inspections (according to managers), measured compression, climbed into the cylinders with an endoscope, searched for allegedly lost bolts and nuts there, removed the valve cover, checked the intake manifold camshafts. The ECU unit was changed. Everything is wrong!!!

to find out the malfunction. It got to the point that they began to offer me to remove the cylinder head, disassemble the engine and look deeper for the reason there. It's good that I didn't fall for it! The last straw that overflowed the cup of patience was that arriving one day at the service, I found my car on the street with the hood up, the valve cover and intake manifold removed, not a single hole is closed, the wind is driving sand on the street, cars are driving past - dust is a pillar! To my indignation, what is it - the answer is nothing terrible, do not worry, after which they quickly found some kind of blanket and covered the engine. It's just that one of the locksmiths needed to look at a friend's car, so mine was wheeled out into the street in a disassembled state, where it stood for half a day.
After that, I picked up the car, went to another service, and oh, the miracle master immediately identified the cause of vibration and engine tripping. It turned out that the two-mass flywheel was out of order!!!
The flywheel with the clutch were replaced and the problem was solved.
Therefore, I highly recommend this car service!
Firstly, they take their time, they don't solve the problem, they come up with different versions and try to impose it on the client.
Secondly, they never called themselves, they had to call themselves every two or three days or go to the service to find out the progress of the work.
In general, a lot of wasted time and nerves!
P.S. I stopped by them recently to remove an error on the device. For manipulating an electrician with a computer for 3 minutes (I knew what the problem was, because I had done it before), I was billed 40 rubles!!...
