During the service oil change, the old oil filter was not even unscrewed (it was marked). The color of the oil has not changed at all after the replacement. They made an impression on a group of scammers. Not another foot.

Are you even experts or dirty blackmailers... yeah.yeees.I was not mistaken.. it was the blackmailers - from Victoria's words, I lost the registration certificate from the car - I did not give it into my hands, but they (Sergey) surprisingly found it on the asphalt.To my great regret, I had to pick up the car in this form when I saw the damage not to the rubber band of the bogazhnik - they took it off and put it back several times....I realized that this nightmare would never end, because such careless and irresponsible workers slowly but surely began to spoil my property.Thank you all for your mediocre work. The mechanism of the gas tank hatch was changed under warranty. Audi A6 C7 car, 2017. The barrel was scratched right next to this hatch. Why are you sure they scratched it? The car is a week after polishing and applying ceramics, and here you are, the beauties have worked. I called the manager, at first I said that they were not, then somehow I agreed and offered to polish it. Listen, it's not a scratch, but a disregard for someone else's property, which costs a lot of money. The person who did this should not approach the car with a cannon shot, since this is how he treats cars. Don't they understand that after servicing a car like this, I will think 10 times where I will do it next time and certainly not buy a new car from you. Or the fact that there is no competition, the service is at zero and they are not afraid of anything, well, you can do it in Minsk, at least abroad.
Incompetent specialists.
They gave the Audi for repair with an error on the display . They called and told me to come pick up what was ready.
They paid for it and took it away. We drove 200 meters - again the same mistake. I had to go back and re-run it for diagnostics. As a result, in 5 minutes it turned out that the ABS unit was out of order. What the car was doing at the station all day is not clear.
No diagnostic card, no error codes, or anything else was provided. As a result, for 65p and two visits to the station, we learned verbally that the ABS does not work.
It is sad that supposedly "competent" people treat their work this way.
A beautiful center, good cars and that's the end of it, communication with the client is very low, the professionalism of some employees leaves much to be desired.
I didn't like that they sign up for one service and do another. I would advise the authorities to have a conversation and take action against employees who record on the phone.
One disadvantage is a small installment payment on the halva card, and there are no other installment cards. And so everything is super)
